I've read the Chairman's statement it's a repeat of everything that's gone before. A waste of time, mostly cut and paste phrases from every other report.

First of all, I refer to him as CRH not CJH. You have no idea how I know his middle initial ? Could it be I have read several RNS regarding his TR-1 holdings and those give his name as CRH. A further 10ms on Google reveals the R is for Roger.

You continue to look at outdated sites for your information, Nick Stevenson left years ago, he saw the writing on the wall and wasn't happy with the direction the company was headed.

If you spent more time on Google and less watching rubbish on YouTube and talking to squirrels, you'd learn things that might stop you making terrible investments.

I don't understand the reasoning on the cost of the Korean 330 MWH factory. Using Invinity's 230 kWH specs would require about 30 units a week to be assembled and tested to achieve 330 MWH capacity.
This does not suggest a huge factory space would be required. I assume once developed the assembly of the battery would be very modular and slick. I have recently watched the progress of a small commercial factory unit being built, which could easily house perhaps 15 or so 20 foot containers. I'd be very surprised if that building cost more than a million to build. The workforce Appeared to consist of about 5 men that bolted together a bunch of girders and metal sheets. From ground works to fully roofed took just a few weeks. I assume these places are themselves very modular and built to a template
I do realise there is a lot more involved than knocking up a few walls but 18 M to create a factory space to fit out 30 containers seems more than ample.

I doubt many of you will be aware of this in-spirit fantastic claim.

Almost 3 years ago and not a peep from John Gunn. It is amazing how many applications and devices In-spirit claim to be working towards but never seem to accomplish or even progress a single one.

In-spirit had 6 months to cut and paste the accounts. It only needed a couple of days to account for the monies. The wages of directors account for most of the losses. A few quid for Paul Booker and a few quid down to development costs. Spend a few hours accounting for monies raised. Decide how much can be allocated to 'consulting fees' and bingo accounts sorted. Nilesh makes his money easy, it's the only thing he has to do all year !

Consultancy Fees - every little helps to supplement the meagre salary

For year ended 30 June 2021:
During the year, NKJ Associates Ltd, a company in which N Jagatia is a Director, charged consultancy fees of £40,000 (2020: £40,000). The amount owed to NKJ Associates Ltd at year end is £72,000 (2020: £62,000). Amount of fees due to John Gunn at 30 June 2021 was £160,000 (2020: £150,000) and the amount of fees due to Anthony Samaha at 30 June
2021 was £18,000 (2020: £6,000).

For year ended 30 June 2020:
During the year, NKJ Associates Ltd, a company in which N Jagatia is a Director, charged consultancy fees of £40,000 (2019: £30,000). The amount owed to NKJ Associates Ltd at year end is £62,000 (2019: £32,000).

For the year ended 30 June 2019:
During the year, NKJ Associates Ltd, a company in which N Jagatia is a Director, charged consultancy fees of £30,000 (2018: £28,000). The amount owed to NKJ Associates Ltd at year end is £32,000 (2018: £4,000).

For year ended 30 June 2018:
£100,000 in accrued director's fees owed to J Gunn and £20,000 owed to N Jagatia were converted into CLNs of equivalent value. The terms of these CLNs have been disclosed in Note 20.

For year ended 30 June 2017:

What the auditors said last time

“Successful commercialisation of the group’s Stirling technology is reliant both on project completion, sufficient funds and the required regulatory approvals being obtained. It is drawn to the users’ attention that none of these matters is certain. Failure to achieve the above may result in an impairment to the assets capitalised.”

Project completion ! Now In-spirit don’t appear to have ever completed anything stated in an RNS apart from raising more money and issuing evermore shares !

Sufficient funds ! They never seem to have sufficient because it follows from the above more money is always needed - to achieve exactly nothing!

Regulatory Approvals ! Discussions and more discussions for years but when the air finally clears there is still no certification.
