While you don't need to listen to ' derampers' advice you certainly need to hear what they have to say about a company.

People do get addicted to gambling on the markets becoming convinced they know how to beat the system. They need to realise the system is very heavily weighed against them!

Why do I do it ? Because I'm no different to anyone else but I think I am a lot more cautious now and try to have realistic ambitions.

You are obviously not stupid. I think many investors like you become focused on an irresistible conviction that they will make it big on a particular share. You seem to exhibit those symptoms, perhaps it is your conviction you can make up your losses with a big win on INSP.

I urge you to consider the reality of in-spirit story in depth I.e. the evidence of a huge amount of failed RNS and the farce of the Disenco Stirling, being presented as the Volvo WHR system. These factors tell me and others who carrying out a critical appraisal that this is not a good investment.

The first rule: Don't throw your money away.

The spikes are getting smaller as investor realisation has increased. I'm not preaching, I have lost many times on poorly researched companies so I speak from experience not the high moral ground but I am learning.

Looks like Maidit is emptying his lorry load of shares. Anyone owning up to selling these 15 Million tranches?

You haven't given your thoughts on the Disenco Stirling shown on the Web site! This is a major part of the Volvo WHR system supposedly. It looks like a prank to me.

Is this buyer simply trying to trigger a mini spike and make a few quid. Yesterday Mr. 21 Million bought and sold quickly and made £90, is it the same gambler?

Obviously the difference between us is you believe what in-spirit write. I don't, my conclusion is based upon years of drivel written in the RNS that did not turn into reality and a total lack of credible evidence that the system even exists.

Are you impressed by the photos on the Web site ? Do you actually believe that is the product of a company developing world class technology ?

I suspect many investors here supporting this company are simply desperate to recoup their money after realising the company is never going to make them rich.

News was published 14 August and it wasn't good.

" During this period the team have continued to carry out longevity testing on stage one and two of the WHR system and it is now projected that should be completed by the 1st quarter of 2024."

Only 5 months of longevity testing to go followed by more for phase 3 !

Since they have published no photos/videos or any sensible data for this system supposedly being tested, I don't believe a viable WHR system exists.

The photos shown on the Web site are an appalling cheap amateurish presentation of the old Disenco system. This is not world class WHR or a serious technical organisation.

So investors are supposed to believe that in early 2020 a manufacturing and test facility was set up in Poland. For almost 2 years this "facility" didn't have a workshop. I guess one day one of the brilliant engineering minds went looking for a hammer. He returned 3 months later after wandering the streets of Poland and said to another brilliant engineering mind " Erm, actually where is the workshop? ". It seems Paul Booker forgot to include a workshop in the manufacturing and test facility.

It would be easy to say you couldn't make it up but someone does !

You are entitled to your view and your interpretation of In-spirits words. But I cannot fathom how an investor can base their investment decisions on the vague, ambiguous and often absurd words produced by this company. The RNS that have not produced what was claimed are stacked up high.

The claims for the Charger are turning to dust as the company shifts from the claimed world class technology of the Charger to WHR. Even the trial with Volvo is slowly being pivoted to the faceless CHP companies.

The Company is one of many on AIM which is ignored by any real money and that's why its valued less than a semi-detached house in a cheap London suburb.

But go for it son, its your money I'm happy to say and only 5 months for the next delaying RNS!

+ but doesn't imply those companies are interested in In-spirit's WHR system.

In-spirit will be happy for you to think those industry giants are approaching out of interest. Pat on the backs all round In-spirit for those ambiguous words.

As with a lot of In-spirits statements they contain ambiguity. For example their use of kW, it is never clarified if it is thermal or electric.

Looking at their statement

My reading thinks the use of CAT etc is to use those manufacturers as examples of what CHP is when applied to industrial engines.

Very neat wording from in-spirit - for a change!

It wouldn't be normal to be giving out names of interested parties at this stage of the game. And, as I've said previously, if Volvo were participating in the development they wouldn't be too happy to be spending time and money on a development for the competition!

I attach importance to what companies claim about themselves, particularly on AIM. They claim their experience is proven, where is the proof?

I think it is the BoD that is irrelevant, the company is making the claim! Does the company have a single drug, which has brought in money?

Eventually I'll get up to speed with the history but it lingers in the back of my mind that VAL201 was an acquired compound. Do VAL own the drug and any patents and is there any outstanding monies or royalties due if it is successful?

For VAL201 there only appears to be 1 research paper cited on the Web site and that's 16 years old. Surely VAL have carried out some work in the last 16 years ? Is there any information in the public domain from them ?

Just point me to the scientific evidence that 201 is worth millions, surely there must be plenty since hundreds of investors here have poured a lot of money into buying these shares.
