The simple fact is the Charger isn't a commercially viable product but that share price sensitive information was never released.

After all the hype of what a game changer it was and the number of boilers in Europe that could be replaced by it, it turned out to be another Stirling flop.

So a lot of information relating to the failure to deliver these statements has been withheld from investors and the market.

Obviously something went badly wrong in 2016 and did not get corrected to this day. Approvals have still not been obtained 7 years later

JG and NS run GIS and also Octagonal, which was taken private and left investors trying to recoup their investment. I think they are still trying.

I think it is also GIS investor's money that was used to buy into In-spirit, this gave gave John Gunn control over another significant percentage of In-spirit shares without spending money. I bet GIS weren't too happy at that.

I think you underestimate the stupidity of the average AIM investor. In-spirit have strung the Charger development out since 2016 when it failed to get certified or prove its worth as a useful product. The swing to the WHR bandwagon has only just begun. We see now the swing away from a Volvo trial to interest from other organisations.

The Volvo trial won't happen like all the other trials that failed to materialise

For the same reason they show the Tech.jpg image because they have nothing of their own to show. Note how the Tech.jpg image or the computer screen image is not mentioned in the writeup but they are presented to suggest these things are related to in-spirit's WHR work. I have no idea what the Tech image is supposed to suggest.

Producing a Web site of random unconnected information e.g. the images and the whole section on Hydrogen is not the work of professionals. It suggests they have nothing of substance to show investors after many years of raising money and developing - supposedly - several other projects. The 2008 Disenco Stirling on the Web site is just another example, a contemptible joke to investors.

The Company can run on fumes, nothing significant is being spent on employees or development. To employ consultants capable of working on all the projects In-spirit are supposed to be developing would cost a fortune. The accounts show little is being spent and the work force consists of directors only.

Then of course is the whereabouts of the mythical development centre not forgetting the workshop. This seems to be a spare dusty empty factory room somewhere in Poland. The only thing in it being a clapped out 2008 Disenco Stirling engine.

They take investors for fools, unfortunately many are.

You mention updated web site. The current Web site appeared at the end of June 2022 and doesn't appear to have been updated since.

I've been here a long time watching this unfold, investors like you come and go telling me its about to take off or explode. You can cite as much In-spirit drivel you want, it goes back years and it never delivers what is promised.

The Web site is just more drivel random photos, what is the TECH.jpg supposed to be. We know the computer image has nothing whatsoever to do with In-spirit. There is more waffle about Hydrogen than anything else, what has Hydrogen got to with In-spirit?

The presentation of the Disenco Stirling described as the Volvo WHR system is an absolute abomination.

This company has and will not produce anything of worth to shareholders.

I'm sure this statement lured in many investors and a lot of them are still here making wild fantasy claims to try and extricate their position.

You can still view these prophetic words by JG even now!

Then as now there was no certification for the Charger so it could not go into the market. In-spirit have written much spin about the Charger but being astute you will notice it is no longer being progressed in any shape or form.

WHR is now the new project to fill the coffers, at least for In-spirit's benefit.

Gamble away boys, I'll sit and watch this unfold with my money in safe hands.

I do wonder how perhaps 7% or even 10% of the shares can be bought up as the share price drifts down ?

Genuine development Companies don't hide behind a veil of ambiguous drivel. The only thing that is not ambiguous is the 2008 Disenco Stirling, claimed to be the Volvo WHR system.

The radom and irrelevent photos on the In-spirit Web site are there simply to influence the naive investor into thinking they form part of in-spirits technology progress. From memory, I don't think anywhere does it state what they represent, its all ambiguous and open to the punter's interpretation. The wonderful picture of the metal "gizmo" is what exactly, no one knows, I can't imagine which part of the system in-spirit want you to think it is!
