Time and time again In-spirit release ambiguous RNS. After so many, it has to be deliberate. If they were accidental that could always be rectified with a simple correction.

Another sleight of the written word. They do not say we are in discussions with x,y and z because that would be a lie and fraud. Simply they can't say it, if they were they would be very happy to be able to print " we are in discussions with CAT, etc.

" ... applications such as CAT, Jenbacher or Guascor gas engines "

Cleverly, the mention of these companies allows you and others to link 'discussions' with those companies.

Ring the company up, if and I repeat if you can get through, ask for clarification of the wording. I very much doubt you will, it doesn't fit with what you are attempting to do.

Last time this was explained to you you simply ignored it. You don't have a reply to the simple truth so you will ignore this also.

The last wages costs were £237,000 of that 144,000 for directors and a mere 92,885 for employees, the so called engineering team. I reckon the team is Paul Booker and his mate. Paul Booker can't be too bright if he's only working for £60,000. Hang on, maybe I'm looking at it from the wrong angle. Paul Booker is actually a genius, he's doing absolutely nothing and making 60 k a year. That's more like it.

Well said xxproinvestorxx. The TECH image on the Web site looks equally impressive but there is no description or hint of what it is supposed to be. Simply, it is a random photo placed there to make investors believe it is somehow linked to In-spirits WHR technology.

I'm sure John Gunn will recoup his money through consultant fees charged to the company. He's perhaps also thought it will do him no harm to strengthen his grip on the company from possible actions by disruptive shareholders, I think he was down to about 15% with his personal holding.

The use of Boron and especially Cadmium are not very green metals, if such things exist, to be burning into the environment nowadays.

The £200 k isn't going to last very long, he has the loan to repay and after all its peanuts when considering the world class technology which is supposedly taking place.

The biggest farce is the old Disenco crudely sat on a Charger cabinet being described as the Volvo WHR system, I think they'd forgotten photos of the old system existed on the Web. It's a crude and cheap presentation but it's amazing how many investors are sucked in by "vivid" colours and meaningless words.

When they produce some credible technical specifications and display this equipment AND trial it with a credible partner then people might take it seriously.

Until In-spirit demonstrate "success of the WHR application" I doubt Volvo will take any interest.

And that demonstration is looking less likely as the years tick by !

To my knowledge, the only thing Volvo has said is this

" Inspirit has an interesting proposition with the development of its Waste Heat Recovery technology which aligns with our own aims of increasing the efficiency of the engines we manufacture in support of Volvo's Agenda 2030 sustainability objectives. On success of the application, we believe this proposal will enhance the development of innovative solutions that will unlock new market opportunities for us particularly for generator sets and marine engines."

Please note the words

" ... On success of the application ..."

But funnily enough I don't remember Volvo saying that can you link to that statement please.

It's just the old ambiguous RNS. Let the idiots fight out the meaning while we pocket the money.

If there had been approaches from CAT, Jenbacher and Guascor. You would write the RNS to give shareholders confidence that the project is moving forward leading to increased share price to help ward of unwanted takeovers etc.

It would read

" We have attracted interest and are in discussions with CAT, Jenbacher, Guascor and others in the CHP industry"

That, I'm sure would have set the share price alight.

Also if it was intended to say that those 3 companies were interested and had approached In-spirit why do they then go on to say

" ... The Company is in discussions with potential strategic technology partners with experience in the CHP market"

And, as I have said before if Volvo were a partner in the WHR development and it so amazingly good why is Volvo allowing the competition to take an interest ?

So after In-spirit pay back the £ 65,000 they borrowed a while ago and pocket money in wages. There won't be much left for the consultants and hard working engineering teams will there. I should think there will be more dilution headed towards investors in the new year. Perhaps one big raise before the investors cotton on.

These people take everything In-spirit write at face value but there is a huge list of RNS that have never delivered any of the things mentioned.

There's a list of projects supposedly they are working but there has been no progress or mention of progress in years.

I think I'll just let these fools learn their lessons the hard way. Their eyes and minds are confused with pound signs but we've been here many times. It always returns to the bottom of the AIM junk pile.

Exactly how many negative risk indicators over many years do you people need ?

There's a heap of junk from around 2008 shown on the Web site, described as the phase 1 Volvo WHR system. It's wired up to another pile of junk. Do you really think that is - boundless potential technology? Its sat gathering dust in Poland in some empty storage area.

Is that area the Manufacturing and Testing Facility set up by In-spirit.

The Company valued at peanuts and with £200 k in the bank. The interest from Volvo and major players in the WHR game for this boundless potential, world class, planet saving technology

You guys brighten up my day but I do understand where you're coming from. You've lost a lot of money and you need to get out of this company with a little glory. Best of luck I've been done many times also.
