BB takes control of Vanadium and iron ore resources. Seems feasible to me.

I didn't think it would but neither did I think Sirius Mineral holders would sell so cheaply.

Of course you'd be forced to sell if everyone else thinks differently to you. How would Acacia vote their 10% ?

Without a doubt keeping track of free float shares is not straight forward. Adding up the major holders having more than Niche at 0.0326% gives a total of 17.92% so greater than 80% free float.

What I did note in RNS 16 Nov 2021 was the acquisition by Bruno Bolfo of 5.31% which doesn't appear in the Market Screener list he would still appear to hold. The information given by these organisations seem to contain quite a few inaccuracies.

So BB and KS now have 9.39% of the company, whatever that might mean. An offer of 5p or so could sway a lot of holders at the present share price ! You may be thinking the company is worth more than that and you may be right but that price could also be right for a lot of small shareholders that want out !

To be slightly pedantic, not only TR-1 but also published info provided by Trusts and investment companies etc.

Admitedly TR-1 do provide the dealings of the significant holders.

KS bought and raised his holding to 4.8%. How long he had less than 3% for is unknown.

Why should the free-float shares change from 80 to 59% ?

However free-float is defined, I would say those shares that can be bought and sold without any form of public declaration being made; then the figures you give indicate the only significant change is FM and KS. So there is unlikely to have been any significant change in FF shares.

Tell everyone where this data came from !!

Perhaps I've missed something among the mountain of failed RNS and the ridiculous and absurd claims this company has made.

Perhaps because the mythical teams of brilliant engineering minds have worked so hard for so many years persuaded you. After all, to be able to produce absolutely nothing in that time is amazing.

What about the ludicrous commentary on the Volvo WHR project the company has announced , which has now ended in a 7 month delay.

Maybe the old knackered Disenco Stirling engine crudely plonked on an old Charger case in some mysterious location and described by the factory as the phase 1 Volvo WHR system was the clincher ?

I say this company can't show you anything that match their claims and that's why they show nothing and tell you nothing.

The Company has also embarked multiple applications for the Stirling technology and have developed schematics for the following projects

Inspirit Marine - currently in discussion with a large car/marine engine manufacturer to develop a unit for the shipping industry with current output of 11.68kw.

Inspirit Solar - In-house design, incorporating the new development of our Stirling engine

Inspirit Cooler - Refrigeration system

Inspirit Motor/ Generator - designed in line with the Inspirit Charger to start the unit & convert electrical output to the grid

" Inspirit Energy Holdings plc (AIM: INSP) announces that its operations centre in Sheffield, is now formalising product introduction plans for its unique Inspirit mCHP boiler, with the aim of seeing commercial boilers installed in key customer sites in the first half of next year with volume production targeted for the end of next year. "

I think by unique they meant invisible.

Looks to me the 200,000 and 400,000 trades were buys. After all the share price finished up.

I would assume there would have to be some attempt to raise the SP because of the need to raise money. It will be difficult selling to the punters after so much failure and the evident lack of progress to seek a trial with Volvo. The emphasis seems to be switching to more nebulous other automotive companies.

And of course what is stopping a trial of the phase 2 version? After all this was been reported

recently.

Since this far exceeds the original modelling demonstrated to Volvo, if they were happy to collaborate on that model they should be ecstatic with an additional 97 kW being produced from a D13.

The simple truth is In-spirit can't demonstrate a system to Volvo, the can't even show investors or anyone else a working system. So instead they opt for a 7 month delay.

They can't even produce decent photos of anything, not a single solitary thing !

So the conclusion is the collaboration isn't what In-spirit or the rampers would like you to believe. If there was any serious link up with Volvo and they thought In-spirit had something of value then obviously Volvo would be tying this up for themselves. They certainly wouldn't be forking money, time and effort for In-spirit to wander off with another automotive company.

So the short version is ....more spin from In-spirit.

There will never be a trial of in-spirits WHR with Volvo because it will never be delivered.

RNS 31 March 2023:

" the Inspirit WHR unit has met all our expectations around reliability and performance. Discussions are currently ongoing with both a major automotive group and with an alternative combustion manufacturer to potentially partner on exciting future developments relating to the Charger. In addition, the Inspirit team is also exploring opportunities to collaborate with other automotive groups"

Talks with a major automotive group, please note it doesn't say Volvo, just another anonymous teaser.

Now if I was Volvo man I be seriously put out if I'd been " collaborating" on the development of a "boundless potential" device and they had begun exploring opportunities with other companies !!

A world leading product 7 and a half years ago !

Still not seen and still not certified.

And the reasons are ?

It is now 7 1/2 years ago In-spirit released these words to investors and the market. 7 1/2 years later they still don't have a certified and viable product. Why ?

The significance of concluding this test phase should not be underestimated given the superior performance of the Inspirit Charger versus the current competition. This coupled with the balanced drive, low noise levels, low maintenance and enhanced durability make this a unique and world-leading product.

So another week gone and an update of the work produced by the hard working brilliant engineering minds is ....

A 7 month delay for phase 2 longevity testing, I guess one of the brilliant minds forgot about the months and months of longevity testing pencilled into the detailed project plan.

And the many other projects, announced over the years, how is progress there ? I guess it is a case of more memory lapses by the brilliant engineering minds.

It's very difficult not to laugh but I sympathise with investors that are trapped in this joke.

Of course a 7 1/2 month delay is fantastic news along with all the other delays. I think it's now about 10 or 11 years of delays and discussions, truly wonderful if you like that kind of thing.

It gives In-spirit time to try and raise more money to produce further nothingness. What became of the gasification discussions ? The latest discussions will go the same way.

The latest claim of being able to extract 100 kW of additional energy from CHP gensets is just a little tempter for the punters. To better the big boys then the addition energy is going to have to come from electrical generation because it will be difficult to better their thermal performance. So where is 100 kWe coming from ? Certainly In-spirit haven't announced they have a Stirling device that can produce that kind of output and if they could it would be the size of the genset, look at the Yanmar Stirling producing just under 10 kWe.

Just more dream that reality

At our recent visit to our facility in Poland we identified external manufacturing errors in one component part of the WHR system,

** Surely you have an exhaustive quality system in place to vet the incoming parts ? I guess a financier was able to spot these errors that consultants, engineering partners, assemblers testers and the part manufacturer themselves couldn’t spot. Well done !! **

this component having been specially manufactured with new heat retaining coatings

** Don’t you mean heat resistant coatings ? After all these parts are supposedly being subjected to very high exhaust temperatures. I can’t see much need to retain any heat when they being blasted with heat up to 1500 ⁰F **

for the drive that powers the helix Accelerator, to deliver output of over 130 kW. This item has a long lead time for delivery as it needs to be manufactured and tested before installing and proceeding with the final testing of the WHR unit.

** It must be one very complex part! Obviously your brilliant engineering minds didn’t put much effort into assessing the risk to the project if parts failed during testing. Especially this long lead time part. Have they tested things in the past ? What will happen during 7 months of longevity testing ? Will more parts fail and also require resourcing, are you just keeping your fingers crossed ? **

Althought this has caused delays whilst we secured alternative sources to manufacture this component,

** For a long lead time part, I’m guessing it was relatively expensive ? Didn’t you just send it back and ask for a correctly manufactured part pronto ? **

we are pleased to report this component is now in design with the manufacturer confirming with confidence that it will meet the system requirements

** Surely you don’t mean it is in design, surely it was already designed by In-spirit ! You must mean an order has been placed with an alternative manufacturer according to In-spirits design, drawings and specification. **
