The problem is that there is no evidence Shoal Bay has contributed to many of the tasks mentioned in the service agreement and has obviously failed at the majority of the keys ones, apart from putting their mates on the board. The portfolio is essentially hands off, it will prosper or fail independent of anything Shoal Bay has done or has the capacity to do, so let’s just forget the fallacy of services being provided, pay an admin firm to do the filings which they probably already do and cut out the middleman.
