Quoting management spin won’t cut it, the write downs are larger than last year, that’s why NAV is dropping despite Revolut. Same spin as last year. Have a look at the 3 year trend for Core, not just the discount. No closer to profitability.

Are we looking at the same document? As predicted Revolut is propping up the core, most of which is written down? As for non core, fail.

Fool sets the standard for shallow research and usually one of the last to arrive at the party, but better late than never and 4 or 5 more plugs down the track may have absorbed some more timely info when it’s staring them in the face.

I track core and a few others through hires/ news/ company house if applicable, just the rest is half the fund, not some immaterial amount.

the unlisted companies they hold all have a social media presence and would report any good corporate news on the likes of linkdin like everyone else. or are they operating in secret? so that’s more rubbish from molten. do they think we haven’t seen what other funds report and will just swallow such crap indefinitely. i sent them a couple of polite emails suggesting they update their portfolio lists online. couldn’t be ****d responding. it is probably an fca breach both not to keep it up to date and not to respond.

If I had any idea what we hold I could form an opinion, but IMO they are deliberately opaque so failure is invisible and vanishes in the 50% of assets pot. Better not be an overall write down of non core like last time after bigging themselves up as the talented team or they are truly undeserving.
