It has not been mentioned by any posters to date (perhaps unmentionable?) but tomorrow's result will have a major bearing on all reliably financed companies in the O & G sector. We have many other considerations, but a return of buying appetite by AIM traders would be a good start.

It is good to be reminded of the structured path ahead and brings a touch of confidence to LTHs . Agree that any level of volume estimation in Harvey is a bonus and will have minimal effect on sp levels. If we are wrong, we can always buy in to boost the average.

Well - that one got a massive response! Pardon me for thinking that practical and technical developments were of some importance in the scheme of things. We seem to get totally bogged down on this board with forecasts of the impact of drilling results and the future dispersal of share holdings. For what it is worth, I fully agree with Trellis's reaction to a fairly straightforward RNS issued today rather than an extension of further negativity in other posts.

to an update on a technical progress report in line with Hockey's expansive presentation to the O & G Club. Lets have some news on those important elements of work such as tapping the wells, linking up with the main pipeline, connections to the reception facility at Bacton etc.etc. Funding is now in place and available at a rate of £5 mill per month up to scheduled first gas in summer 2021. These are vital stages of progress, and we should be getting updates on a regular frequency. Perhaps our own O & G technos such as Sailor and GGIS can throw some light on the subject?

So we have moved the right back to centre defence, and unless you have seen them play - who is to say that this will not be a more effective unit? I see nothing sinister in Hockey's summary - and whilst the Harvey results are strangely late in delivery, I don't expect them to be a big game-changer in the overall scheme of things.

Well sorted! So - can we assume that bottom line is LOG have already off-loaded a good proportion of their original 29.99% shares? If so, future dilution will not be so bad? Can not offer any explanation for the delay in offering Harvey results - but good, bad or indifferent do not believe it will make an awful lot of difference to the overall picture.

Lets hope you are right Pipe and that they have got it wrong again by downgrading IOG. Only good news today was for the man who gave "advisory services" in exchange for 3.5 million shares issued.

Peel Hunt adjusted target to 38p and Buy recommendation. Not too many taking notice - and they are still way below realistic figure! Good old AIM!

Both posts got their response in a burst of afternoon buying - no surprise really at this level of SP given the true market cap value here. And you can be quite sure mole that CalE have done the nth degree of due diligence before getting involved here. We all know its the long game, and Harvey results will not make an awful lot of difference IMHO.

And another 750k at 18.75 which looks like the work of the same punter. Suggests to me that news is surely imminent?

Most of the big trades earlier in the week will have been off-market exchanges between IIs and possibly some further LOG off-loading. Several PIs have joined in with some profit taking etc. but the underlying strength of the fundamentals has kept this steady.

Its not normal is it? An absolute raft of heavy Sells at the bottom of the spread, and no movement whatsoever! As believers we should be getting our top-ups in at around 17p - but that's no certainty either. If its a positive Harvey Resuts RNS I would rather they held it for a more benign atmosphere.

Nobody said it was! Just making the point that a preponderance of PIs are moving in to Buy at these tempting rates.

denis - that is the same strategy for all LTHs, so at your 12p average its another "bully for you". butd, by his own confession, has been trading the shares at all the right levels according to his lengthy post - and the simple one-liner from Ctw says it all.

butd - thanks for the correction, and thanks also for the rundown of your trading pattern where your incisive foresight and market nous has enabled you to buy on the lows and sell on the highs in this share. Congratulations - it's something we would all love to do in our trading nirvana. But - the tone of your messaging on this board has not quite matched the mantra that you describe, and I am still looking for that "extremely bullish" entry - but no luck so far. By general consent, the reaction to Monday's very positive RNS in terms of sp levels has been illogical and mystifying. The Harvey results are a separate issue, but I would personally regard them as an add-on at any level rather than the game-changer that the CalE funding has (or should have) brought about.
