I have been offered the same rate for a dummy sell of 100k shares, and it is a true figure and no surprise when there is consistent decent volume Buy trades at the ceiling of 12.40p. Who do we blame for such an inaccurate picture - mms, brokers or just the good old AIM??

iseo - as its the first BH deal since the pandemic swept in, it shows their renewed interest in the natural gas sector and the U.S. deal is a substantial one. I would bet that CalE will be alert to any future expansions or licence opportunities in the IOG sphere of activity - and would have no fears regarding further mickey mouse bids from RRE whilst we have the backing of such a powerful partner.

Mole - agree with your tactics, and amongst other PIs - from what I can see of the current trading pattern - have been doing exactly the same when funds allow. But don't go along with "they don't need to blow their own trumpet" - because I strongly feel that they absolutely DO need to keep the market and shareholders informed. I am sure that work is now gearing up behind the scenes, and it is a fascinating story - so lets hear about it!

gator - have been making this point for some time, and could not agree more! It is really a no-brainer and requires so little effort, but the message seems to fall on deaf ears. Would make a good TV documentary as well, but this lot are so slow to grasp their opportunities. With so little to shout about in the wider economy, this would make a great uplifting story for British engineering and enterprise.

no earthly reason why this share is languishing at these ridiculously low levels - unless some LTHs and other holders are losing patience and need the finance in these uncertain times? Fact is that we are now at a lower level than at last year's dilution episode and before the game-changing farm out and wholesale funding operation that put this company in a commanding position to commit to the project that takes us to first gas scheduled for mid 2021. All the question marks over the Bacton Reception facility, the pipeline, and the vast well resources of gas in full ownership have now been answered - and we have the comfort of an equal partner who is backed by a massively funded company with a superb track record. Surely the regular posters on this board have something to say on the situation - or perhaps you are just as mystified as myself? I have a losing record with AIM shares, but at least one could see the reasons why - but certainly not in the case of IOG. I have repeatedly requested the BOD to issue on a monthly basis at least a work progress report on all the activities which must by now be happening in the southern North Sea, with key contracts recently awarded. I should not need to say this - but it is a no-brainer that the market appreciates accurate and positive information on project progress (so do shareholders actually!) - but dislikes long silences. So lets hear it BOD - and lets re-enliven constructive discussion before this board dies of malnutrition!

icestocks - if you don't mind going left field for a change, have a look at AIM gas provider IOG. Had a rocky time like all start-ups in the O & G field, but now fully resolved with their North Sea gas wells all being commissioned for first product in mid 2021. Worth the wait as they are now fully funded by Warren Buffet company CalE, and stand close to their low to buy at around the 12p marker. Broker forecasts and LTHs are looking at 40/50p when the project comes to fruition, with no obvious downside. I am in here at 118p pre-divi and will certainly hold as the India story unfolds. GLA

with the main market nearly 400 spots down, but encouraging to see the support this share got when the Buy was dropped below 12p with plenty of buyers to take this back up to the wider spread.

market has finally dragged us down with it today, but congratulations to those who took the opportunity to buy in at sub-12p prices. We are back to that wide spread now which offers no encouragement to traders either way. With all the uncertainty about emergence from lockdown, it might be a week where preserving the status quo may be regarded as a result.

we are getting some momentum now from a solid base of fundamentals, with a selection of investors recognising that this share is at bargain price levels. With regular updates on work progress from the BOD, and the strong possibility of heavyweight backing from partners CalE, I can see a steady rise towards the 20p marker as we move through the summer.

Ask raised at the end of trading as you predicted after steady run of Buys. We are poised to move on now as more positive bulletins on work progress emerge over a busy summer programme. Might have to say goodbye to sub-12p opportunities, but there will still be scope either to average down or welcome new investors at these levels. GLA

of 11.88/12p means that plenty are topping up with trades that are, considering the good news releases earlier in the week, still remarkably below the 12p level. Like a number of LTHs I am happy to join in.

no-one is looking to sell this share below 12p after Monday's news, and there are buyers around the 12.2p mark, I cannot see the logic of dropping the Bid back to 11.50?? These MMs really are a law unto themselves.

at 12.20+ are Buys, so we can ignore the reds.

With lockdown due to be eased from tomorrow, I make a plea to the PR Agency/Officer for a regular bulletin on work in progress to be issued - at the very least on a monthly frequency - all the way to first gas which is scheduled for mid-summer 2021. Following AH's comprehensive announcement of contracts secured and the exciting work programme to be undertaken, we now need a regular and detailed sequence of progress reports as the story unfolds. It is not only a fascinating one for lay investors such as myself, but a very positive one in terms of market information, and also a very simple and effective one to implement. I am long retired from a similar role in a different business area, but the basic truths remain the same - ie INFORMATION + COMMUNICATION = MARKET SATISFACTION. So come on BOD, let's hear some news!

Currently can Sell at 11.80+ but no quote on Buy, so must be filling a large order IMV. Recent buys below 12p have been modest size but consistent and look well placed to me.

That trend is obviously reflected in the low volumes here, but the rebound that is anticipated in demand for fossil fuels may coincide nicely with our first gas target for mid-2021. Lack of investment in renewable energy may also play to our favour.

Its surely one for the bottom draw whilst you can still buy for under 12p IMHO. The work programme as outlined by Hockey in the latest RNS looks reasonably spaced and certainly operational in subsea activities which thankfully remain totally unaffected by Covid restrictions. Also, as noted by gator, contractors will be pleased to get back to some work and will be offering tasty rates in competitive market. The assurance of adequate funds to complete the project is another confidence booster for key suppliers. Updates from BOD on progress always welcomed by the market!

Time to come out from behind the sofa IMHO. This is as safe as it gets in the current environment, so lets take a positive view and realise that this company will benefit more than most during an extended lockdown - that's why they are paying a full divi funnily enough! Still a Buy for me at these rates, and I would be looking more at 150p by the time we emerge. Its only a view not a forecast!
