There's an absolute raft of working items reported in this RNS, and they are just as important as the granting of licenses when the time comes - but like you, I am hopeful of a good result on that score, which is a likely one for a company that is proving its bona fides by actively pursuing a beneficial work programme in difficult times. Let's give the BOD a mark on this occasion?

It is a fascinating read - even for the non-techs like myself - so make this a monthly update now to hold the attention of the market and would-be investors!

No Liquidity can often cause a problem here, but had no trouble topping up today at 12.87 with HL. Can now sell at 12.66 and Buy at 12.83 so the spread is not unreasonable so will go for a few more before the bell. Would like to see these back to +13p and the no-deal Brexit scare which is spooking the main market will not affect us one little bit.

Many thanks for the responses on the future of Hydrogen power - message appears to be that it will be a major contributor to future power source. We seem to be back in the doldrums here with a spread of 12.50/12.84 and very little liquidity for would-be traders. Need some news from BOD to liven things up!

Gator - many thanks for your well reasoned response to a very relevant topic. As you point out, the timescale for development of carbon neutral fuel supply is an important factor in the IOG story. Actually, you are no slouch on the interpretation of technical aspects - but we would welcome further discussion and possible explanation on this forum of such points as "carbon sequestration" from natural gas resources etc.? Is it practical and how could it benefit development of further resource locations?

UK firm ITM Power appear to be the leaders and have risen tenfold in the last 15 months. "Blue" hydrogen is ready to go and - the good news for companies like IOG is that "Britain has the advantage of depleted oil and gas wells in the North Sea that can be used for carbon sequestration, along with the connecting networkj of pipelines. They are linked to the industrial clusters of Grangemouth, Teeside and the Humber, where hydrogen is needed." An ideal opportunity for our BOD to outline the potential for the company in this area, and at the same time to allay the fears of the anti-carbon lobby towards fossil fuels. A must-read for investors here - and would be interesting to hear the views of the tech-minded posters on this board?

Gold - can sell 50k @ 13.22 and it is now 13.75 to Buy with some afternoon Buying trades. Would not be contemplating any form of Sell at this level - but everyone has a different and changing strategy. With some news of working progress due fairly soon, I would anticipate further rises as we move through the summer construction period.

Narrower spread now of 13.52/13.7 so not a bad time to trade if they let you. I did warn that this may never return to sub 12p prices some time ago, and did all my topping up at that stage and just crept in for a little at 12.40 yesterday. Happy to take a pull now and next week will be interesting to see if the PI demand is still there.

I started the ball rolling at 12.40 first thing, so reckon you did well Nico to buy at that rate. And those who think that the trading volume is awful know what to do about it! I will be looking to top up again tomorrow.

There are investors happy to buy butd - and the reality is that you can Sell fair sized tranches at 12.15, hence my remark that a rise seems imminent. As such, we are back to a narrow spread of 0.25p which should encourage some trading activity.

Same here Gold - tried for one at 12p but no dice! Will adjust tomorrow but I sense an upward shift may be imminent.

A rake of late Buys then a delayed trade for lumpy 397k shares at 12p means we have volume returning after all! Hard to read the big one as it looks like a Sell at today's rates, and if so the mystery of the spread remains. Early trading tomorrow may be interesting and lend a clue.

Mole - agree with all you say and trade has been very thin - just livening up a wee bit now with a few reasonable Buy trades this week. Just mystified as to why they drop the stated Bid down to 11.0p and then offer 12.02p for fair sized dummy Sells when you go to trade? No intention of selling at these levels like most LTHs - and quite convinced that we will see some action from BH if any more derisory offers come along before the project reaches fulfillment. This is still at a level where Buy is on the radar for sure when the spread returns to an acceptable ratio. All IMHO!
