Please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't today's introduction of new shares 18.2% of the current shares in issue? How 'stable' is it going to be when they are placed on the register?

So out of the £4.5million the BoD want to raise in order to support their vision / plan, they're only go to invest UP TO £65,000? Hardly a glowing endorsement of their beliefs. James Parsons may not be a figure head at SOU but his actions and the consequences of those are very much alive today. I point you in the direction of the current SP, the debt and the 40-50million that Graham Lyon has stated that we need. The monies wasted on salaries and excursions to drill sites courtesy of the PI heavy register. We should have developed the Horst sooner.
