It's a bit nonchalant to state, "Yes we have a loan to pay, yes we have a tax bill that may or may not be genuine or due or not due for the full amount." as if we have a money tree. these are significant and serious milestones which cannot be addressed without significant impact to the PI base -other wise why did the previous BoD jump ship?

Its my belief that if they negotiated the tax bill then they would inadvertently have to offer the same terms to everyone else unless they then changed the rules. A lot of ifs and buts for a tax bill which appears to be legitimate.

Joe it goes well beyond that it my opinion. Being a tad generous and parking the 14million tax bill to one side, we still need meet the 28million bond payment by June/July 2021. And before that can happen we need to raise additional funds to keep the company going beyond February. If James Parson, JJ Traynor, with their many years of experience thought this was salvageable, then why did they jump ship before the job was done? I have asked this question and hope to get this answered in the next Q/A

You don't understand as you're not a long term investor. Contrary to your veteran like commentary here, you and your spread bet have only just rocked up in the past few months. Indeed, your initial posting was to scratch around us 'Doomsayers' as you call us, begging for an ounce of history on this company.

If you had invested over a long period of time, attending investor events - home and abroad, spoken to the team at Sound PLC, then you would understand the anger here. Who the hell are you to tell people, the very people who have invested throughout the journey for there to even be a company, to move on? The cheaper option in your inability to hear the actual's would be for you to dismantle your £200 spread bet and move on.

If the very people you want to move on to fill your 'trader' agenda sell there Shares, how would they have a voice or attend future events? Are you saying that people should only be overly please when invested? That we should be happy that we have a 14million tax bill and a 20million bond with no revenue on your say so?

I didn't state the whole operation. I stated the asset. There are legal obligations and rights which far outstrip OGIF, who care only about the gas and the extraction of it. Diplomacy is great but in the light of day they care neither for you nor I as Shareholders. By law they will always have an invested interest in Tendara no matter who is involved. Your interpretation of JP in Morocco isn't based on anything other than how we have all berated him on this LSE forum. Marco is collecting considerable interest payments on this debt and has made considerable sums already with his involvement in Sound.
