Broker note was actually 8p I believe and as yet with have never met these targets after they have been released.

There is no evidence, so I guess my point doesn't really matter.

Don't be soft, ericnat17. As I pointed out last night, Civil (corporate) Litigation is common place and is taken against the directors of companies without impacting the entity. A current example of this is McDonald taking legal action against its former CEO. A little bit of reading goes a long way.

Having said the above, you need clear evidence of any wrong doing, I firmly believe there is none and some on this board have a wild imagination.
