Unlike the many, "johnny come latelys' who now reside this board as experts, after first begging us long term holders for information on this company, those long terms holders here have heard the exclusivity and extension kicking of the can down the road story way to often at SOU. I'm grateful for the RNS and activity but it doesn't divulge how the $7million is going to be raised, how the 30million bond is going to be paid or indeed how we are going to raise capital for general operating costs to see us to first gas.

The charge is against the share of Sound Energy Morocco South held by Sounder Energy Plc The bank of New York Mellon can discharge the debt and apply it to Sound Energy PLC which of course owns Tendrara which puts our main asset at risk.

In addition, you can't merely default on the loan as it would impact our ability to raise future funds.

If the myriad of options were available then James Parson and co with their vast experience would have implemented them. Instead they ALL jumped ship. Lets be clear with everyone - do you mean Campbell Deacon of Longreach/PetroMaroc? From recollection, James Parsons had zero time for him and pretty much kept him at arms length. Decon, under his own steam, did take the podium and talk about the 'sandbox' of gas (Sidi Moktar) which in itself continues to be rather dubious.

I've been read the documents that were sent out to SAG members. I have no way of validating the contents (ask the individuals who run that group) but it does make very uncomfortable listening especially in regards to the potential of the license and how contracts were handed out to ex 'BG Group' Peers.

You also should be aware that Sidi is not the sandbox that it was touted to be. The Depleted Kechoula Field was drilled in the 60's. The rumour is Sound merely passed through the shallow Argovian reservoir of this and decided to test this section after the failure of the Lower Liassi in order to communicate a positive outcome. This can probably explain why they haven't manged to flog it or further develop with a partner. I suggest you e-mail the company for clarity.

You're very fond of the word "promised". Of course we haven't been "promised" anything -- no sane CEO would do such a thing. The aspiration for end of year has exactly the same status as the aspiration for end of Q2 had back in February. It'll happen if it happens.

If you believe that Graham has made you a promise, then keep in mind all the other promises that SOU has failed to deliver on. The only consistent thing is that each promise is followed by a fund raise to suck in people like yourself. The weirdest thing about your blind optimism is that you yourself are now down 60% even AFTER averaging down. You scoff about predictions of 1p but we finished the week at 1.17p. To be honest, Graham does not strike me as much of a mover and shaker. And my impression from the latest Q&A is that he's out of his depth. In any case, we will know soon enough. There will be no second chances after this one.

We may have a $2billion resource but it means absolutely nothing if we don't have any money to develop it or stay afloat. It also means very little if that ownership is further diluted by further fund raises by dilution.

Sidi is a joke in itself. Again, the gift that never gave. Targeting a mere 60-80bcf at far deeper levels. An extension to have to find even more money that we don't have. I'm sorry but if this could have been salvaged or was as world class as it gets, then the melt James Parsons and his cronies (that includes the pribate investors who had regulate WhatsApp chats) would have stayed around instead of jumping ship.
