My statement was merely in regards to Potters statement, 3 months ago, that this is a cert. A 70% chance of failure IS NOT a cert. If in doubt, have a look at Sound Energy plc as example. Three Moroccan dusters in a row (four if you count Italy). Talk of a super connected gas/oil field. Webcam feeds from drill sites. 3 drills tarting three structures. 'As good as it gets' with a chance of Success rated at 30-35%. They were all dusters. They decided to sack off the 5th drill because they had no confidence.

Appreciate there has been a lot of talk surrounding tight hole drilling but it shouldn't mean you talk out of the proverbial. You both need to work on your maths and do a lot more research.

There is no such thing as a dead cert in exploration drilling - that is the point. Especially with a 70% chance of failure.

You can drill anywhere in the world (even in Kensington high-street) and find gas/oil but no one cares about that because it will not be of commercial value. As I said, appreciate he has to promote the company but stating 3months ago that it's a dead cert when the chance of failure is 70% is irresponsible. Only the drill bit and testing can prove the viability.

Starchild, Potter specifically stated the opposite. That BPC would continue to total depth if they didn't hit resource. This is a very clear and concise point which has been raised and confirmed on the BPC shareholders Facebook.

PeterS23 you've watched too many movies. Firstly, reputations and livelihoods would be on the line if it was found that the integrity of drill crew/company was called into question. There are huge measures undertaken that such things don't happen.

It could be Lombard buying (whilst possibly selling) or just a savvy P.I knowing that he or she can make a quick 10-15% off the back of jumpy P.Is for now, in it's current guise, is a traders share. Those I feel would be more plausible explanations.
