I think the focus should be near terms and what the SP cold potentially do and that is rerate to 4-5p if the Bond proposal is agreed on the 14th April.

I'm unsure if any major has the appetite for such a risky play where the geology changes over such short distances.

I think the deal is a winner but the only sticking point is percentages. That in my view is the only risk that could see Graham go back tot he drawing board. The 14th/15th is definitely the defining point for this company. As I keep saying, it's soo good to see that Graham hasn't been just sitting on his hands. In regard to the RNS. I have to agree with some of the chaps where I don't see how the the bondholders will like the whole debt to equity swap. They know we are in a extremely weak position and hold out to sell a major or other institution IF we default?

bobtheream, LawrenceH, Rubber.Soul, belstaff... steady on chaps! All views are welcome here. There is nothing wrong with a bit of balance after years of hyperbole. If you as investors can't ignore his frankly, real term, comments on the company's current situation or indeed unable to counter them, then maybe it is you who has the problem or should, 'move on'.

TrumptonTown, the RNS dismisses the article posted here yesterday by myself and others and it's contents. Contents which purported that a sum of $25million had been agreed.

but the $25million HASN'T been agreed. That's the point of the RNS - to dismiss the article that I and a few others posted here yesterday.

For me, the takeaway is that the leak was merely poor journalism and had no basis. The team reacted relatively quickly for which I am grateful. Note to self would be don't listen to anyone piping up about Bloomberg terminals and Canary Wharf.
