Noboa is brave increasing the price of diesel so much, but its still relatively cheap (its now broadly the same as Colombia, but still a lot cheaper than Peru, Chile etc.) I wonder how much diesel was smuggled across the borders. Haha - whelley is the other side of wigan for me. Im from Billinge (I appreciate most people in Wigan are from Billinge - but not only was I born there I grew up there).

Technically I vote in Makerfield (one of the Wigan seats) but yes reform do look like winning. Its mad in many respects - I joined the Conservative party at uni and never thought any seat in my home borough would vote anything but labour - then Leigh voted Tory!!!!!
