Yes basically - but if its just below cut off they will store it because as metal prices change it may become economic to process.

Anything well under cut off they will just use as excess fill.

Rodney they will excavate the rock because they are doing it as an open pit and not underground mining. If the economic bit is 200m deep you have to excavate 200 m of easte rocm to reach it. If there is nothing economic to mine they wont mine any of it and will use borrow pits. They will excavate to the edges (if the mine is economic) for the battering and access. Thats it. They wont just dig at TAM for Cachaco as it would be stupid.

In the case of Alpala the ore body is so deep they arent doing open pit.....

They will use anything excavated below cut off which is needed to be done for shoring and to reach the metals above grade. The rest will be the stuff that becomes the tailings.

So the area of holes 59 and 61 will be excavated for two reasons - one to get to the economical rock and two for shoring and access. The waste rock till you get to the economical bit will be used to construct the TSF.

Unless its 100% gold / copper / silver its going to produce waste rock. Even if its the highest grade in history it will provide whats needed for Cachaco - assuming that the new plan intimated by Dan to expand the life doesnt require engineered rockfill.

The west pit could be useful as its seemingly closer to Cachaco as well so would reduce transport cost / time.

The North West one detailed on the drawings also seems closer than pit 1 and 2 but the western one would be closest to Cachaco so far.

I implied that 59 and 61 only become economic at over 200m which isn't much use. 63 is of no use at all.

The rest are ok to decent (65 being the best).

I want to see more infill so cannassess the continuity and boundary grades. Also will need to see capex/opex assumptions to understand whether these grades and widths make sense economically.

The results today clearly arent what we are looking for hence the share price falling. That being said its important to remember this statement from the PFS. "The cut-off or shut-off grades used for reporting were based on third-party metal price research, forecasting of Cu and Au prices that were current at the time of reporting,"

Hole 59 is below cut off until you get to 216m,  61 until you get to 228, 63 completely below cut off (so they are pretty bad).

The others are ok to decent - 65 the best.

I think its fully expected that it would reverse out the gains from the day before yesterday Add.

The question I have is when / how did they discover TAM West?

A) did they find this ages ago in which case (again) showing previous management were inept.

B) are they currently carrying out airborne and/or ground magnetometer surveys and there is a potential for more pits to be discovered.

C) are the previous management that useless that there are other potential pits to be announced/ explored.

They didnt release the assay results for TAM which were originally promised end of August and only last week were promised early this week..... the price *probably* rose yesterday in anticipation of said results and fell today when they didnt come.

Yes Jack which is why I warned the day before the number of shares I was buying ie 20k pounds worth and the absolute number ending in 656. I also posted before I bought the shares. Im pretty sure that Level 2 doesnt tell the future.

Jack i habe exactly zero interest in speaking to Mather, largely because he comes across as a pri@k. I have spoken to The Chairman who was pleasant enough.

In terms of me being a shareholder... on the 30th of July I said

"Jackanory ill buy an amout of shares in the 20k range with the quantity ending in 656 in the next couple of days"

On the 31st of July I said (just as I was buying shares)

"Jack your 656 will be going up so you can stop accusing me of not having shares ;-)"

A purchase for 198,656 shares went through for a consideration of 20,149.48 pounds. Whilst this doesnt show the size of my total holding (which is frankly none of your business, though im sure far bigger than yours). I feel it adequately shows I am a shareholder.

Heya NMM - I quite like him for the entertainment value.

For me he personifies why the treatment of nutters in the west is no longer fit for purpose.

I mean the bit I questioned.... he seems to be suggesting that TAM (which is part of Cascabel) be bundled up with southco becuase it would be good to share the processing facility.... becuase of course it will be cost effective to truck up material for processing from Porvenir to Cascabel despite it being almost a 1,000 km away. LoL.
