I think even Greg tried to prepare you guys , in the CRUX interview, that is may not be over by May 15th, but I don't think it'd be too long after that - matter of weeks, perhaps a month, IF there is a deal to be done.

Nothing is certain until it's signed, if it was then this share price would be hgiher.

@parker I never expected within 60days, but it never concerned me as I read the 60 days as solely concerned with exclusivity, not that they HAD to conclude the deal.

Yes it's definitely feeling well-supported at these levels.

I'm not sure the warrants have applied much of a break/hold on SP, apart from a psychological one perhaps. Felt as though all the warrant exercisers are adding to their holdings rather than financing them with share sales.

Good to see where they intend to drill to gain maximum intel.

I don't think the market buys on expectation any more - will rerate if drill results confirm this potentially excellent analysis.

They've always said 12 months to production once finance received - but I don't think Greg repeated that in the latest interview.

Personally I wouldn't take everything the Prof says as something to take to the bank. He's fairly loose with his wording, remember the whole thing about a mine by the end of 2023!!?!?! The relationship was oh so great with DEMIR all along when it's now clear that CGNR were pushing them to develop a mine and clearly DEMIR weren't having any of it.

So when he says there's been interest I merely interpret that as people came up to him at PDAC and chatted politely, nothing more.

I'm afraid I really do question whether this company can now survive. Happy, very happy, to be proven wrong, and maybe it's only the melancholic feeling when reaching the end of a good bottle of Grenache at the end of a long week.

But I expect we'll hear pretty soon about a raise, just to keep the lights on, it won't be for much because frankly I don't think they'd be able to raise much and then a last ditch attempt to raise JV interest and then I think the Conroy family will be moving on...

@TRay - okay great, fingers crossed they are all exercised, more money for OF to add value with.

@smkr - you're right if CMET actually close the deal in the next month (I'll give them a bit more time beyond the 60 days, you know my opinion on that) there is better short-term potential here.

Point 5 - definitely want us to keep our London Listing - too many companies delisting from AIM, although I did hear a rumour that NASDAQ was thinking of buying.
