RE: Who dumped the 1.6m shares5 Jun 2024 08:51
It is true that this share has been significantly lower than it is now, which also means there's at least some probability, until uncertainty is diminished, that it could go significantly lower again.
Nothing is certain about the deal with Sheffield until the deal is actually signed. AIM is littered with/or now delisted/suspended companies that were once certain of signing JVs/Financing deals that never ultimately happened. We don't have to think that far back with CMET they were 'almost certain' of concluding a deal with LB.
The cabal here of certainty and SP predictions based on pretty much no analysis other than hope 'n dreams, has sought to shutdown reasonable discussion.
My feeling is that this is probably one/two PIs that basically are looking at the opportunity cost and frankly the way the junior resource sector is running there are better opportunities elsewhere. I mentioned shares previously, for which I was roundly chastised by the 'hyped-optimistic cabal', that are all substantially up from where they were. Investors are likely looking at plays moving away from then, having counted on CMET actually closing this deal sooner (indicated by tone and words from CMET) and have decided to pull out. How many weeks can we be on the verge of closing a deal and it not being closed?
For the record, before I get accused of manipulating you all, because yes my words are THAT influential apparently (utter joke), I have not sold below 5p, I still have a fairly substantial holding, and I have no interest in buying any more until I see the details of any JV/financing with whomever that may be.
