Listening to this guy Greg I'm getting a little uncomfortable - it could be his style but he seems unsure, changing things previously said, or just plain doesn't know some things.

I wonder how much he's actually been involved - may be unfair, but he's not inspiring my confidence.

Uhm 4 mins in or so Greg is asked to clarify that Sheffield is ONLY funding 50% of development project.

Am I confused? But that was not my understanding, I thought it was 100%. SO now we need to raise 50% of the development funds?

As always @rob thanks for the quick recap - and I urge everyone to watch at least the first 20 mins of the webinar where HAA deals with the question over the second bank (point2) and not to be swayed by ill-informed manipulating comments on here.

SP is a measure of market forces, I'm not sure what success or failure you're talking about.

I don't think there is much of a mixed opinion actually.

That was a very clear and understandable webinar. They painstakingly laid out the current state of affairs, signposted clearly the steps and the order, together with the associated risks.

If anyone thinks they're in a worse position now than before that webinar frankly they should sell and move on because I don't think the Kefi guys could've have been clearer.

I, for one, am much more relaxed with this investment. I'm not saying I'm looking to add more, but I'm very comfortable holding the current level of investment which has been built up from mid 0.50s p, and it's at a level comparable to other investments in my portfolio.

At least PM is named and on the board now, great. Means they could proceed with earmarking some funds against it as they did with Fireweed - although on this slide that $15.8m is no longer listed on Fireweed tab - bizarre.

The market is really not appreciating this opportunity right now.

Okay, it gives us more time to gather funds and load up at these ridiculous levels.

@kos suggest you listen to the first couple of questions in the webinar HAA deals with the point.

I don't know about ye lot, but I'm feeling pretty positive after that session.

Pretty impressive with that number.

But final sign-offs within 60 days of disbursing funds - normal.
