We are all waiting for the RNS to drop confirming full or partial sale.
Regardless of whether a sale goes through or not the share price is still a joke at these levels and north of 42p would be a more realistic value for this company at this point in time

The information is from latest interim and when you consider how much this company has moved forwrd and the fact that last december the share price was 42p at tihs price the shares look a no brainer purchase.

You are correct regarding a partial sale.
A kipper is something you have for breakfast [ this is what the regulators of this board did to Tilly a few days ago ! ]

In order to control inflation and the economy in general governments use interest rates and print money etc, as necessary
My understanding of crypto is that it is immune from these actions and stands alone as its own store of value [ or lack of ! ].
It is difficult to see how crypto can become mainstream when it can,t be manipulated in value by government intervention

It is job of analysts to forecast yields going forward and there is bound to be " educated guessing " going on based on production estimates , metal prices etc .
My simplistic approach is to see what the current yield is [ approx 7 % ] and then by the companies own updates assess if the dividend is likely to go up, down , or stay the same.
On the basis that this firm looks really sound i cannot see the dividend going down and so at current prices the yield would be the same or a little higher but as you know the yield is a function of the share price and dividend payment

I agree with your comments but to be fair there is a lot going on with the blockchain technology.
For governments and financial heavy weights to be looking into it and investing large sums of money my feeling is that the technology is here to stay.
Paper money has not relegated precious metals to the scrap heap and neither will crypto

Good on you for making some money on crypto and i wish you well going forward.
I have been tempted by the Blockchain technology and nearly purchased some Argo but still need a lot more convincing as the energy usage is massive !

I am in poly for the longer term and see a lot of potential and good divi payments going forward.
I know many investors see crypto as a threat to gold and when bitcoin goes up and up in value it is difficult to argue against it.
My take is that its one big con as any advanced tech /computer company can bring out its own crypto and to me its like finding pebbles on a beech , putting your name on them and selling them as unique.
I would be interested to hear other more informed opinions on the crypto/gold arguement

HUA approval and a positive feedback from the drugs trial seem to me to be prerequisites of any potential bidder .

Perhaps the price reaction has nothing to do with Lft.
It would be great if the first patient dosed in the clinical trial is improving !

There is nothing wrong with that and to be honest the amount and quality of information they provide is more often than not very good

Vegas22 As far as i am concerned its not the derampers doing a fine job, its market forces . if you are holding all your shares from the highs of 280 p i think you are a brave investor and i take my hat off to you .
There are now many lft tests on the market [ most not as good as avacta ] 'my reduced investment reflects the potential of Avactas affimer platform with a bonus of lft sales if they take off.

Every genuine investor in avacta feels like you .A huge fall in the share price is a major blow to confidence to say the least.
Will the price recover ? who knows ?
Like many on here i sold many shares to protect capital and also feel let down by Al,s hype indicating that production capacity is the only restriction to major sales .
If contracts can be secured around the world for what is still an excellent lft test a quick recovery could be on the cards , so fwiw i would hold at least some shares because long term the affimer platform looks like a world changer .

Avacta share price is reacting to good news the way it always does with an initial price drop.

All thats been announced is a world wide distribution agreement.

Wheres the negativity in that ?

Wyndrum When you look at £ 1500 per year i would say that this is too much . Either the price needs to be less or perhaps the testing interval could be say every 2 weeks as things improve transmission wise

Pigster As with all these world wide aspirations the contracts/ paperwork will take time and i cant see an announcement of large sales before monday.Hope i am wrong!

Wyndrum Under £10 per test would be my guess in UK , a reasonable cost to give peace of mind
