Thanks Chris, I have posted before that i think deal is probably a few weeks away [ hope im wrong ] I dont agree with your conclusion as it sounds like one heck of a hedge!.We will probably never know the reason for the sale but i bet the bod are well pleased with him.

Chris if Alexei thinks 29p is a good price could you give you opinion on why he is still holding loads of shares/options and why do you think the price is 22.5p to sell today?

Fwiw. my take is that the sale is not so imminent.Why would you sell a large amount of shares if the deal is close.
We are told that the sale was for personal reasons but a short wait of a few days should surely not affected this [ unless he was suspended upside down in a bath of water with a gun to his head ] ]
Like most on this board i would like to see an early sale at a good price but i think we may have to wait a few weeks.

Mr Ding ALing im with you on that having learnt the hard way on other shares .I may be paranoid but in these days of automatic deals i am convinced they have bots that search for stop losses to trigger

Mannamead , the question that needs answering is why now and why at the time it was announced?. a massive investor and adviser to eua so i,ll just affload these millions of shares during a potential sale period

who knows what will happen regarding sale /no sale but this action , which must have been known by b.o.d and advisers
Shows total contempt for the p.i. They must have known how markets react to such actions and the stop losses that would probably be triggered.Those on this board who have posted that the b.od were looking after the p.i are way off the mark.

Prionace , I am with you on this .To give advice to newbies may be a waste of time if they are emotionally attached to the company but to put all or most of your investment into one mining company in Russia is at best a tad risky and at worse really stupid. I am invested here and see a price above 60p as good outcome .To speculate on silly prices seems to me to be just ramping.
