I take your point , there seems to be a lack of belief in the market that they will deliver

It could be a throw back to when they were owned by Wolf metals but from all the info that i have read the new set up looks really proficient and a good sign is that they are actively recruiting staff

If you listen to Zeus capitals investment case [ i have relistened to this to make sure i had my facts right ! ]they give a free cash flow of $400million based on a Tungsten price of $2500 per Tonne

At a current Tungsten price of around$3100 i reckon we are looking at close to $500 million free cash flow per year

I dont think any purchaser has been named but putting my ruthless commercial hat on i would sell to the highest bidder with a possible long term contract unless the government forced anything different on me

If the Uk or the Eu wants it they should pay the going price

I stand to be corrected but the Rns of 8/11/26 refers to the elevated price of Tungsten[ apt ] which at that time was $ 2995

Just to give a boost to fellow investors, todays prices are ;-

Tungsten [apt] $ 3150/ t tin $53750/t

Feasibility study based on Tungsten[apt] $ 400/t and Tin $32500

A positive Rns with a drilling programme would do wonders for the share price!

The minimun we can expect is a perforation and flow rate from Inez

The maximum is probably the flow rate and confirmation of the string retrieval and core sampling along with the future drilling programme

As with all posters on this board you are entitled to your opinion

FWIW my take is that even if China were to suddenly flood the world with cheap tungsten [ which for good economic reasons would be extremely unlikely ] the Tungsten West enterprice would still be viable at a tenth of todays price !

This looks like a really good opportunity to make some seious money over the next months/ years

A non event AGM has set the share price back

The facts are still that Hex has produced Helium and is selling at a good price .

Lets look forward to a good Summer /Autumn of increase in production and a real possibility of Hydrogen joint venture which in itself would add a lot to the share price without the gradual increase due to more and more Helium coming on stream

Bo has delivered what he promised.

No buyer of Helium is going to commit to a long term contract until proof of continuity of supply is a given .

This is the --Walk before you can run-- moment . Helium is being produced and now a ramp up of supply is the next stage and this means the self funding model is in place

No dilution for shareholders and the future drilling and production tie ins will proceed at pace.

In an interview given by Bo in November [ on web site under media ] he stated that the next move would be do seismic survey to identify the best drill targets due to the large area of land involved.

This makes sense and Bo also stated the prospect of 20 wells.

I may be in a minority here but from the little i have read on green hydrogen it appears early stage and could involve a lot of capital input..

It might be the icing on the cake if they have found the hydrogen but surely the game changer is helium and lots of it.

To be fair to Bo there are not may of the drilling and production processes that he has full time control of.

The drills and teams are hired in ,the compressor and most of the other bits of kit are purchased outside the State and some of these have caused long delays.

The final stages of testing and commissioning are probably being done by sub contractors and even the sale process of tying down a supply contract is bound to involve third parties with their own time frames.

Perhaps Bo has been a little optimistic with his time frames but as long as he brings home the bacon we will all be feasting in the end

I am sure i am not alone in thinking that the process for getting from raw Helium to the finished product is far more complicated than imagined.

With so much invested in this process we are now seeing the final stage before a massive re-rate and 40+could be on the cards when we get confirmation of first sales which should be before the end of this month

Helium production underway and offtake agreement in place.

Inez well completed with improves Helium production and strong Hydrogen show /potential

Scenario B

Delay on installation /production due to final connection and testing and no offtake agreement yet

Inez well drilled but awaiting testing for Hydrogen and helium .

Scenario C

Bo has been abducted by Aliens and cannot communicate with shareholders

I agree but my point is that there does not seem much point in reporting that the equipment is up and running without the info on sales etc.

Perhaps the delay [ if you can call it that ] is just Bo. getting all the ducks in a row so to speak

Imho Hex will not issue a production update until they know who they are selling the Helium to as they will not turn the taps on until then .

Is there any point in saying that we have the compressor up and working and everything is being tested without giving a clue to who is buying the Helium and for how much ?

If Montana is similar to the Uk for water and electricity installations then Hex would not be doing the final connections.

It could be that an inspection has to be made of the cable and pipework prior to connecting and this is out of Hex,s control.
