I could see a situation when Helix would consider raising more funds from the market/ investors.

Say in the months to come there is a dramatic increase in Helium production then liquefaction comes into play.

In order to quickly get the large amount to market [at a much higher price ] then it could make good economic sense to raise funds for this purpose.

It would be seen as a positive and no different to the last raise as ii would enable a quicker return on capital.

From the interims it looks like there was $3.4 million cash held and they raised a further $4.5 million.

In Bo,s latest interview it looks like he is targeting $20 million from say 5 wells which together with current cash held should give plenty to develop further wells without a further raise .

As previously posted the production / sales is a massive inflection point for the share price

My guess would be ist week in July for drilling result including Helium analysis

As its the weekend here are some predictions to be taken lightly--

June /July Inez drilled and successful -shares price +5p

July /August resource update =10p

August /September first Helium sales +20P

September/October Next drills confirmed and Ingomar redrilled +10p minimum

Cash flow is a consideration for most exploration/ development companies

At a yearly production per well yielding say a minimum of of $4milliion then 6wells should produce at least $2 million per month.

At this point exploration /drilling becomes self financing and this looks like the golden scenario that Bo is pushing for .

Should this be achieved then $24million at todays exchange rate is about £18million and based on a modest p/e of 4 gives a market cap of at least £72mill

All speculation of course but once the self financing model is in place the next wells are really going to boost the share price .

As per my earlier post a can realistically see 7 wells in production by year end provided they can achieve sales by September with the latest 2 being financed from cash flow.

I read that but my time scale allows for slippage and testing etc .Do you think that they could drill more?

It looks like they can mobilise and drill a new well in say four to six weeks .

With funding in place for the next 2 well before the end of summer ,it is quite likely that from the end of September [subject to sales of helium ]more wells will be scheduled and it is not out of the question that they could have another 2 wells drilled before the end of this year giving a total of seven producing wells from this field alone.

At present all the market is pricing in is one probable failure drill , one successful drill and a capital raise.

When June comes along we should have [ fingers crossed ] 3successful drills ,a near term production statement and the proven concept of more Helium to come.

If this cant lift the price then what will?

I sympathise with your dilemma.

The way i see it is that after they list in Australia .there is more chance of them moving to the main market over here than a delist from aim as their capital value is so large and ever increasing

As with most Aim shares the volatility can be huge and surely it is only a matter of time before this comes good .

Bo. has to balance exploration costs with income and he knows that to achieve a self funding model is key to long term success.

I should also add that i think that if you own shares that are left after dividing by 20 then these shares are normally sold and the money refunded to your account

If the bid price is say 13p and you currently own 1000shares , after the scheme of arrangement you will own 50 shares at a bid price of 260p

When the results and testing of Linda well are known and if Bo is to be believed it should confirm that Helium is plentiful and not just confined to one well.

This has to be the catalyst for an accelerated drilling campaign and a massive rerate to the share price.

The orange one should be donning a cap with MAPA on it [ make America poor again ]

His grasp of world trading and economics is woeful and he should be kicked out of office

What i would like to see from the company is a balanced valuation from say 4 drill wells and a cost in achieving the production.

How much will it really cost for the pipework [ at least a mile long to some wells ] and the other equipment needed to produce the helium supply to market.

i still believe that going forward this looks like a great investments as some of these costs are one offs but simply saying that a well will produce a certain income ignores the input costs in my view

Lets hope the near future means in the next week!

A good price in the current environment with the discounts to asset value prevailing would probably be anything in excess of 70p per share but taking into account the last Rns i cant see shareholders settling for less than 80p.

This sales process seems to be taking an age and surely if a good price was not on the cards they would have ended the process months ago
