Pure speculation but i think the next RNS will be good with a positive update on the plant construction

At the end of the day why would a firm invest in a new plant with all the gear , roadworks ,piping etc. if the chances of commercial success were poor ?

Bo knows that Rudyard will be the makings of a very good Helium producing asset and the southern dome will probably confirm the magnitude of the field

As the concrete slab is now completed there is little to stop production starting in September as no delays have been signalled by Bo [in whom we trust !]

It might be stretching it a bit to call September Summer but lets be fair some of the pipework and other gear supply was out of his control and the same can be said of the test rig for Inez.

As the much vaunted statement says -- you would not want to be out of this share at the moment --and good things come to he who waits

As we await the Inez news what is the consensus for the value added of each well?

If a nett additional income of say £3million is achieved i would argue that at a p/e of say 5 this will add £15 million to the share price

4 wells could more than double the share price

I agree with your comments but the last comment by Bo was-- makeover drill expected early August-- so from my thinking this would probably only require a delay update sometime next week should the drill not appear on site next week.

As we all know the result of the Inez drill is another step on the way to a resource update

There are a few things that Bo can,t fully control namely the supply and delivery of pipes , filtration equipment etc. and also the rigs.

When the plant is up and running and Helium is flowing the control becomes much easier .

Purchase of his own rigs is not really worthwhile and delay caused by a third party are part and parcel of the risk associated with drilling.

You may well be correct but Bo does tend to post good news pretty promptly.

From recent price action my take is that the perception is that this is a good investment and we are all waiting to see just how good .

Also its gone very quite on the Ingomar front which looks like it may be the icing on the cake with Rudyard providing the cake!

The workover rig is expected in early August .

Even if the rig does not arrive until September it will not affect the Helium production which is obviously dependent on the pipework and processing unit being fully completed and tested.

.It was also confirmed that they have 4 production wells.

All the recent information and photographs indicate that its full steam ahead which would be absolutely farcical if Bo was not confident in the success of this exiting project .

I stand to be corrected but if the total acreage of Rudyard is 7314 [6674 +640 ] then this equates to about 11.4 square miles.

With a drain capacity for each well of 1square mile it appears that 11 /12 wells would drain the whole acreage.

my thinking is that at 6 wells this becomes self financing with about 2million dollars income per month

Bo indicated in his last interview that the Souris and Red River formations contained the Helium in commercial quantities .

To call the latest Inez drilling a production well indicates that the Helium is not going away and its just a question of draining the Helium bearing formations efficiently.

By end of July we should know the concentration and flow rate of the well and then its on to the next well and get production started

A point to bear in mind is that when the extra shares are issued the value of your main holding will probably fall to reflect the additional shares in circulation

The overall effect will be that if you take up the offer you will have more shares at a lower price and you may or may not be better off at that point in time

The benefit is that going forward you have a larger company and probably the benefit of good dividends
