Lucky to sell at 316 yesterday and today, the full sale couldn't complete yesterday for some reason so the remaining was rolled out today. Had this share for about 8 months and only made 10%, got out as soon as I could as like others say on this BB it's tres boring - GLA. Hope you all make your millions.

Why would there be a dip because the RI are issued tomorrow? They've already been taken up - that's now old news. If there are any changes tomorrow it's not down to the allocation of the rights..

I believe your rights as per default will have been sold and you will get whatever price that may be.. but you will not get your shares.. correct me if I am wrong.. (I normally am!!)

I would imagine if the chat server crashes on a busy day like this the IT department most likely is focusing on maintaining customers trades successfully which will take priority. I believe this site enables trades also, although haven't used the services..

Unfortunately I sold at 60p, have a buy order back in at 53p which I will then hold, unfortunately I thought some of the posts yesterday at a 62p cap for Mercedes seemed to make sense - hoping it's still the case as i've had these for about 9 months with no real gain :(

I have heard of errors before and the trading platform did make good their errors but can't remember which platform or why I'm afraid - good luck!

Costs them 4k plus pilotage fees for a day alongside in Southampton. Normal passenger turnaround is 40k but sitting alongside is a lot cheaper.
Provisions, fuel, major crew changes is why they are there.
At anchor you're looking at a couple of grand on generator fuel depending size of ship, at sea avoiding bad weather at the anchorage is anything around 15k a day slow steaming
Full sea speed can be 100k in fuel a day.
Ships are expensive ;)
The crew onboard will be their most expense which will be 120 approx.

The CDC will require cruise ships to immediately end the cruise and return to the U.S. port of embarkation when the is a COVID outbreak past a certain threshold. I've lost about £50k this year after doing some sums..It was mainly in the crash of Shell as that was my only holding through employee share scheme. I got out at £14 which I am happy about as it's now £8.90 ( most of my shares were about £23 when I purchased over the past 5 years of contributions.Since then I bought into 10 other companies, most of which have dropped a further 30% on average since about march.I have about 27k AML shares, also have RR, Ibstock, Weather spoons, Taylor Wimpy, M&S, Aviva, Centrica, IAG, Lloyds, Whitbread and Saga.Please AML is finally going up as I bout in at 55.I've seen this before though haha!Anyway here for the long term and have made a promise to myself never to sell anything at a loss and just wait it all out. But if I had done that with Shell I would be a much poorer person ;)

I don't claim to be an expert, but that was my interpretation of the information distributed to shareholders about it. I sources it from mainly the RR website as what IG sent out somewhat contradicted the official media release.
Please correct anything I wrote that was incorrect. I have seen a lot of people misleading others on here so I try to take my Information from source. If I have said it wrong and I can see it written somewhere official than more than happy to be corrected as always happy to learn :)

I believe you have to hold til the 28th, however the price will likely drop tomorrow due to the fact that no one is now eligible to partake in the RI who wasn't a share holder by close Friday.. Therefore it should start to line up with the new share price somewhat.. My understanding anyway..

I intend to take up the RI.
I will have at the end of the full allocation plus my original shares, a total of 7653 at an average of £1.09.
I don't feel like I have a chance now to get out of having to purchase the RI. Also I don't mind holding for a few years. It's not by any means ideal, but I will..
What are your thoughts on the average? I know it's not great - could be worse and could be better with what's been happening last few weeks.. bit no one has a crystal ball right..

Yep fair enough but I don't care what you think personally.. I believe the professionals who I know.
