Of all the recent Company C-19, trading updates, the one from GRG was for me, the most reassuring and comprehensive of them all. Plus not many include the statement “ we start from a position of no debt “ . I’m a LTH buyer at this level.

See the cheerful chap has told airlines that any additional funding should now come from shareholders as the Government is not intending to step in , albeit not ruling out ‘as a last resort’.
Not an unexpected position but it could be a big ask to raise the sort of finance now required without significant pain.

See the Dow’s on another charge together with most Hospitality stocks. The latter, no doubt due to the fact less damage can be done when not trading ! Perhaps AV should try it for a few days and get us over 300p .

No worries....soon the worlds going to be awash with Sanitiser. Jim Radcliffe of Ineos Petrochemical giant, is just about to start pumping out 1 million bottles a month, adding to the many new facilities already now producing. Not sure of PZC’s current output but hopefully mgmt have the whips out...so to speak !

Bit rich thanking the departing CFO for his services to the Company. Its not clear what, if anything, he was doing. Feel very sorry for those trapped here.

Hopefully PFD are working flat out but if not their Marketing Dept. could do well to promote the fact that most of their products have extended ‘shelf lives’ unlike many other convenience foods.
With infrequent shopping trips & bulk buying now being the norm, some will find that what they buy is out of date before they can get around to eat it ! Not that a diet of dried noodles & powdered milk is everyone's idea of luxury but wise to have some emergency rations !

Interesting that Mohamed El-Erian, the highly respected Allianz chief economic advisor has for the first time today suggested that this Market has now created opportunities for those who can stomach risk. He’s previously been very bearish but this suggests he see’s the downside risks outweighed by now taking selective positions. You’ll rarely catch the bottom but the upswing, when it happens, will likely be a significant relief rally and those closer to the action will be several strides ahead of the game . Of course it helps if you play with others money !

If ‘home cooking’ for most goes as far as preparing ‘super noodles’, agree we should soon be flying !

Are people really eating more ?. What we will see is a short term upwards blip in sales...thereafter the underlying issues of this business remain. That aside I believe the SP has further upside so I’m holding.

Must have missed that, can you please point to where PZC have updated the Market on Sales volumes. Not that I don’t expect a major uplift but it would be nice to see some figures from the horses mouth, so to speak, and not some guessing journo. Thanks.

Agree Tom. I’ve parked Enq. as not concerned. Indeed being now ’self isolated’ & bored I took to day trading for the first time this week. Highly profitable given the complete panic and corresponding volatility influenced in part by those with a lower risk appetite. Not surprised by the wealth being generated by Hedge Funds who never let a good crisis go to waste.Indeed its a game i’m beginning to like !

Yes I think we are all hopping frequently from ‘Black to Red’ as the wheel spins ! . Just need to make sure our decisions are not based purely on panic or greed , although frustrations fine ! Likewise been in PFD far too long...surely they can’t mess this crisis up as well ? GLA.

Good luck, although based upon your recent experience PFD could now shoot up ! Personally expect this to rise anyway given recent indiscriminate panic buying, we shall see.
