You mention the top 3 Car Marques out there as AML/ Rolls & Ferrari. Personally I’d make room for McLaren, now thats a Company that Stroll is probably trying to emulate. 2019 Revenue over £1.4bn,, EBITDA £177m & cars sold over 4500 !! But even on that record they are still rumoured to be in need of cash of around £250m. Just shows how these guys burn thro cash at an alarming rate. PS. you can’t buy shares in McLaren Group, as yet !

Money aside , if this has the potential to save lives earlier than previously thought possible its cause for celebration in itself .

Vis. Agree. I have a core holding that won’t be jettisoned unlike RB, BATS, & even BOO as the likely SP projection is considerably higher long term. Short term its all about the C-19 test...lets all hope it works !!

Listening to many pundits in trying to describe how they see this Market moving is becoming farcical. Initially it was to be V shaped, well thats gone, then U or J if you like , then Barclays not wishing to be outdone claimed it would be a mirror image of L ! . Why no one has just said its an “F” for we having a F**king Clue, bests me. !

The question for me currently is when to ‘top up’ again. There seems a lot of negativity in the Mkt at present ,which will either dissipate naturally as often happens or result in a sharp leg down. I fear the latter as the full extent of the economic toll just doesn’t yet seem fully factored in. Couple this to the waiting period we are now in until Cytiva produce the prototype test strips and a slight drift in SP seems likely, barring any major Mkt correction. My current preference is to wait a little longer but before Cytiva are likely to announce news.GLA

AGM on the 26th May......lets hope Tulloch has something positive to say.....not betting the house on it , although news of Montague’s leaving date party would be welcome !

Yep surprised they allowed delivery of the Valkyrie to slip into late H2 ( closure of testing facility seems a weak excuse ) the model should certainly boost the coffers !

Unfortunately its C-19 thats now causing the problem. What the 2nd Q Revenue will be is anyones guess. They only managed £78m in 1st Q & that was with about a week of lockdown , x China .....6 weeks into Q2 and still most Dealerships closed.....you can see why they cautioned that alternative funding methods couldn’t be ruled out !

I’m afraid if you need to read a BB for investment advice, you really should not be investing. Without doing your own research and understanding the various ways of trading , its one of the quickest ways to lose money.

Thats not a single trade, its the Uncrossing Trade between Market Makers, ,and also will be the opening price tomorrow....not that you’ll stand much of a chance of dealing at that level if the Institutional players choose to hunt the price quickly lower.

Those who bought ( not me ) into the IPO at 1900p may disagree with you there. But agree if the Market had confidence in the BOD ability to pull this around, without another round of cash raising, it wouldn’t have punished the SP today. Difficult to see any meaningful SP support until clarity on that issue is resolved. Bet Stroll is wishing he’d have waited a few months before getting involved here !

‘ what are the Hedge Funds doing ? ‘ ....Waiting till it needs an ICU then they’ll appear with a Ventilator , on very expensive rental !

Unfortunately there’s a lot of negative news now surrounding AML. Suspect this am’s slight rally allowed a few Shorts to close but many Hedge Funds will maintain pressure here....after all they generally do very well giving someone a good kicking and then riding to the rescue , for a good fee.

Stroll can wax lyrically but the financials don’t lie......more cash please.

Tomorrow’s results aren’t likely to make good reading but those holding should gain some comfort that the current SP already reflects that. We know half their 2020 capex was due to be spent in Q1 but with most of the Dealership closed and their important China market in lock down, revenue will have struggled. For me its a question of whether their customer base remains strong given the level of bonus / exec pay cuts & general asset reallocation going on, and that question won’t be answered tomorrow.
