Yep, a nice steady earner. Shares on forums with little interest seem to perform better than those on forums with lots of comments.

Arguably it was cheap with a PE of 4 (when I bought) but the share price still halved. Fundamentals play only a small part in this share. It is very volatile, hopefully it is time for some upwards volatility.

It may be a good investment but I wouldn't use a quote by the Motley Fool to justify it, they are hopeless.

If the EU increase prices on our imports then we can either buy from elsewhere in the world at a lower price than we do now or produce the goods ourselves, thereby generating more highly skilled jobs in the UK. The EU export to us more than they import so it is in their interest to agree a good trade deal.

RB, I agree that it is difficult to get accurate historical data. Anybody know of a good, accurate source?

Troubles, you state that a clean break would have been disastrous. You may or may not be right but the fact is you don't know, nobody can predict the future.
The only "fact" is that we would pay less money to the EU, so, everything else being equal, we would be better off. And we would have more control.
Everything else is subjective.

Who provides the most accurate historical share information? I normally use Yahoo because you can download history going back many years but it looks like it is misleading due to rights issues, share consolidations etc.

As I stated I invest in companies based on momentum, not fundamentals or ethics.

I was responding to the comment about affordable housing which I agree with. I assume that to make houses more affordable then the price of those houses would have to be reduced and as a consequence housebuilders profits would drop.

According to Yahoo finance closing price was 2.17 on 19th Dec 2014, 2.28 on the 22nd, 2.26 on the 23rd and 2.24 on the 24th. 15th December was 2.73.

TomE, I think you need to chill a bit. As I have mentioned before I base all my share price purchases on momentum. I agree that Easyjet are not a very ethical company, if I based my share investments on ethics I think I'd struggle to find any company to invest in. I make decent returns and any surplus profits I give to a CLL charity as I suffer from this condition.
I didn't condemn the housebuilders, I stated that margins are too high. I hope that the government does something about this so that houses are affordable for the average working person.
You assure me that builders do not have high profit margins. How do they make big profits if they don't have high margins?
As for "bonuses are not excessive" then you must believe the £110m for the Persimmon CEO was not excessive.

Builders margins are too high, giving massive bonuses for directors and excessive dividends for shareholders. What the country needs is lower margin affordable houses, not high margin executive houses.

I have bought back in again based on recent positive momentum. I have bought these 3 times before on the same basis and always made a profit by holding them for a year, the 1st time 120%, the 2nd 4% and the last 21%.

It fell a lot more than the FTSE so I don't think that's the main reason.
The update seemed good to me, the only downside was that margin % will be at the lower end of previous guidance.

Not good news that the CEO has left, let's hope tomorrows trading update provides better news.

I agree we should do more to reduce climate change and technological advances that reduce it should be encouraged by tax breaks etc.
But we also need to understand the real reasons that drive climate change, over population and our desire to constantly increase GDP so we can all have more holidays / cars etc.
A start would be to discourage families from having more than 1 child, rather than encourage them by child allowance, free nursery places etc.

In terms of TW the weakness in the share price may be due to the latest house price figures from Nationwide which show that house prices have only risen by 0.4% in the last 12 months.

So why did it fall ?
