Jules, one major error that investors make is that they refuse to sell shares that are showing a loss in the hope that they recover , they very rarely do. CPI has been good evidence of this ever since it was £8 back in 2015.

Investments like this rarely deliver the benefits predicted. It is usually a vanity project by the CEO.

I agree with you, my shares in GGP was a pure gamble when I was bored in lockdown. My shares in POG I would class as a proper investment.
