As it's the pantomime season, the reply to that is "Oh yes they will" and this paper, written by objectors to the whole ECT process, admits it.

When you say PoO is $54, it actually closed at $54.76 (i.e. nearer to $55), - tomorrow it may fall further, but let's not panic just yet.

For a start, the OPEC+ cuts don't come into effect until January and there's an element of silly season panic about this.
There's also the fact that with PoO at this level, US frackers will be seriously affected.

The implications here for us are that PMO's projected debt repayment forecasts look a bit shaky, which might postpone SL FID.

On the other hand, PMO/RKH have agreed a number of favourable service contracts, which won't last indefinitely, so they have a number of reasons to want to crack on with this.
Also, in a couple of months time, we'll have a better idea of how the OPEC+ cuts are being implemented, the market sentiment about oil futures and what PoO is likely to be at SL first oil.
If it's still looking like it is now (or worse), then be prepared for FID to be postponed.

If it looks as though PMO might never be able to afford to sanction SL (this isn't a big project, it's an EFFIN' BIG project), that might even prompt a bigger player to move in and just scoop the whole thing up. That's not what the FIG wants, but it might be the only option and a lot of preparation work has already been done.

That's why RKH having its own oil revenues (plus hopefully a decent ECT award in February) is so important to be able to remain solvent for longer.

But if you bought in a range of, say, sub-20p to around 26p, then it's not too bad, even if progress is slower than we would all wish.

But suppose you're right and RKH really is shit, none of you ever suggest what should have been done by the BoD and what needs to be done now to get things the way you want.

Wishing that the PoO is higher is out of our hands and wishing TD got on with announcing FID is out of our hands, so, as you're clearly much more clever than the rest of us, please put us out of our misery and give us a blinding flash of brilliance.

I don't believe Argos developments has any more to do with Argos Resources, than the Argos catalogue shop! They're a South African developer, which makes sense, considering the FI's location. However, property development is an essential part of the preparations for a new oil production location.
So this and the February 2019 date given does fit everything else we've been told and we've been speculating about, except for one thing and that's the collapse in the PoO - not good and bound to preoccupy the minds of TD and the PMO BoD.

However, as I've said many times, TD will be more interested in the forecast PoO from first oil and thereafter and for how long.
The outcome of the UN conference in Katowice was pretty wishy-washy, so it looks as though fossil fuels will continue to underpin our civilisation, until it finally ends it by cooking us alive and those remaining kill each other (a bit like on this BB), but it looks OK for RKH.
So as I've said before, eat drink and be merry while they're still available.

- Did you attend RKH AGMs?
- Did you speak to/contact RKH management?
- Did you ask questions?
- Did you use a bit of grey matter to work out what's going on, especially for such a remote area , with the PoO sub-$30?
- Did you work out that the Eirik Raude drilling campaign was a bloody disaster, especially when FOGL went bust?

OR, as you seem to say, you just sit there waiting to be told by someone else what to do? If the latter, then who do you think is to blame, if your investment strategy went tits-up?

Buy high, sit on my hands doing absolutely nothing as the world around me disintegrates, sell low in a panic, moan and shout at everyone else for making me look the fool I am then have to face the Mrs to tell her that the World Cruise and pension fund has just been flushed down the toilet.

Coz that's what it looks as though you, Ralphy, etc. have done. Not so sure about Kurgy - not sure if he isn't Ralphy in disguise (coz they both pop-up together and tick each other up), or maybe he/it's just a blatant de-ramper.

Yes, this is a great share with fantastic potential, if you're not the idiot who buys at 92p (or higher), then sits on its hands doing absolutely nothing as the sp falls, except moan that:
- the PoO has fallen (nothing to do with RKH BoD);
- World markets have fallen (surely you can't blame RKH BoD for that?);
- our partner, PMO, nearly went bust with fantastic debts, so the FI projects had to be put on hold;
- You messed-up your own investment strategy by buying high and then either just hanging on, not knowing what to do (rabbit in headlights investment strategy?), or sold low;
- etc., etc.
- i.e. idiots;

OR, you're none of these but blatant de-rampers trying to spook the timid/inexperienced into doing what PIs often do - sell-out in a panic at the worst possible moment.

If, on the other hand, like me, you buy low, sell high and trade the sp fluctuations, this must be one of the very best shares around, so while you lot moan and moan and insult, I'm busy making money and very happy.
