Everyone on this board made getting through the moratorium so much easier, and so much more fun too. It's good to hear that the guys at the top are taking notice of what is said on here. Yes, Newty was right - the upside from the moratorium lift wasn't as hoped and the wait before drilling resumes may see a drift down. The wait should be rewarded with plenty more TCF to come, future for gas looks great and Falcons acreage will be a desirable prospect for a big player. Hope the meeting goes well with POQ.

Hi Northern, yes Falcon gave that info a couple of years ago, I believe it suggested that the proven reserves will bag $10,000 per acre, the remaining average containing 'potential reserves' is worth $230 per acre. To date the proven reserves make 1968 km sq, with the additional 4 plays identified, with each one a potential a multi TCF play, it will be interesting where Origin and Falcon decide to explore next year.

Considering where we now stand, we are justifiably disappointed with the share price. With the potential that the Beetaloo offers, this must be a golden opportunity for someone with deep pockets to step in, or for someone to increase their stake before an offer is on the table. Otherwise, if the price drifts, I'll be tempted to load up further as things should start heating up this time next year as preparation for drilling commences.

Ieccove suggested on Friday that a classic classic head and shoulders pattern potentially being formed, if this pattern continues then we could be heading lower. There may be good opportunities for people wanting to buy in, I wish that I want already loaded up!

There is a nice article in this week's investors chronicle that says Falcon Oil have shot up into 98th position in the top AIM Shares in the UK. It concludes that Falcon could be sitting on a Goldmine, but they are sitting on the sidelines until Origin say what their drilling plans are for next year.

It's difficult to understand the logic behind the price and why would people choose to sell when such a big prize awaits us. We are now substantially de-risked with moratorium dead and buried. Many of us are in deep and prepared to wait. The subdued price is hard to swallow, but this could be an amazing entry point for those wanting to buy in.

I also thought a doubling of the SP was a sure thing, it just goes to show that you can never predict the market. Now the moratorium is lifted, we have the noose off our neck, the suppressed price gives buyers a nice opportunity to buy in to buy in without the risk, and with some reward to come!

Fantastic News, Mr Gunner, this is a great decision for the Territory! 700 000 sq km will be opened up for gas exploration, that's 51% of the NT, this is as good as it gets! Well done to all that kept the faith, we are now holding tickets to one of the largest, most desirable and best regulated Unconventional Gas Plays on the planet!
