Just picking up on Petty's earlier post which stated:- "b) They had been told something specific that it was going to be in the very near future.. and he said "The latter"...which I confirmed as being being b) He also used to word "imminent". Although from this we do not know who had been doing the telling, it would seem probable that it was Calinus, since other posters who phoned previously, mentioned that RS implied it came from our lawyers so this would be an identical story. The question is on what basis Calinus believe that 'very near' is true. Is it a question of knowledge of procedures or is it something that the panel has identified to them for some reason? Orientfrance just musing.....!

Anyone tell me when results are due? Last year it was 1st November wasn't it? Thanks

You'd think so wouldn't you, but there is the other coincidence ie the 2 deals were within 2 minutes of each other, unless the times merely show when the deals were completed rather than 'set up.' Not sure of the procedures on that side of things.

Thanks for that. Can't still fathom this: if Allianz have sold all their holding (1.7m) then the 400000 are not theirs. Seems a bit of a coincidence that the 2 trades were so close therefore so I am wondering if it IS really Allianz, or someone else? Have I got this all wrong somewhere?

Which RNS is this? Think they would have to be careful of what is put out in an RNS. They're on main FTSE now and that is well supervised. There have been a couple of posters on this bb that I am starting to doubt.

Sorry but you are deramping again. Using terms like 'car wreck' simply tells everyone who reads your posts that you are not looking for any positives at all and therefore the posts are not balanced and therefore not valid. Your 'morbid curiousity' doesn't HAVE to result in negative posting on this bb. The reasons for that must be different. But by using the word 'the stock' you are implying that this bounce down never happens with any/all others! For someone with a fair level of intelligence (I credit you with that) this is naivity in the extreme. ATB with your other investments.

Re Stelios I agree mate and it might be even better than that cos with him on board it might very well WORK! SP has sprung off its low with some really huge buys (£10m one after hours session!) and is tickling up by 4-5% per day over last couple of days and buy v sells ratio has been very high indeed. Might re-establish itself around 12p-14p reasonably shortly. DYOR
