I'm sticking too. Can't believe the bigger holders will capitulate. Delek and BoD have played this long and are not being very straight IMO but ii's will know the score and react accordingly to get a proper offer.

When you say BOD what you mean is EX-BoD, right? Not being picky but that's an important difference!

Post rec'd. How on earth did this guy survive the vote in the first place? Looking at the performance of the old BOD I cannot understand how they all got anywhere near 50% of the votes, let alone the chairman getting more than 50% (and with NIL skin in the game as you rightly said chris211) Total disgrace!

Sorry adam but I disagree in this case. Pigeon has gained a reputation for making misleading comments and Vlad was right IMO to set the record straight. Better that than the bb thinking something was correct when it wasn't. I don't mind at all having Vlad as the BB policeman, but that's just my opinion! GLA

Not sure you should be talking about RS 'misleading' the market. From what we can understand RS was given this info by Calinus from the arbitrators and passed it on in good faith. Whatever, I, for one, am sticking by my trust in RS for reasons that we have gone into before on so many occasions.
