Only just! There always seems to be a concerted effort at the last knockings to bring down SP under 38p. Having achieved it this time plus bid ending over 38p mark too it will be interesting to see if can hold or advance tomorrow. GLA

This is why we need to have a draft letter/email that we send to CH individually rather than a letter/mail claiming to represent 10% or whatever of holders. Individually, we can be identified/verified.

The claim is for $1,300,000,000. If ROI wanted to get rid of it and offered even a measly 5% that would still amount to getting on for 10 times the current MCap. Agree that could be a way down the road but if the prehearing (between June 4-18th) and hearing itself (July 16-17th) go well (and annulment upheld which appears to have a strong case in favour of it) then the SP should be back to around where it left off @30p-40p to represent the possibility of a fuller settlement (either offer from ROI or judgement of ICSID). Initially that is the game that is on at the moment. GLA

Sp gained 50% up last week but LSE does not include NEX shares (although the bb remains from AIM days) and therefore no great fuss was made. Be interesting to see how things go this week as we continue to close in on June and July proceedings. It is possible that we could see this at 9p or 10p during the period if there is any sort of positive sentiment. Long way from the 38p from which it fell but that is to be expected. I guess we could call it some sort of road to recovery though. GLA

SP rises as per yesterday won't do any harm will they? I bought a few at just above 2p and brought my average down to around 5p so not so bad for me. Good luck fella.

They would settle the case because their 'victory' could be about to be overturned, and for very good reason IMO. As for 'opponent on life support', that is what they would like to have, but they haven't got it.
