Agreed, and i seem to remember in an interview Sand admitting that they got Hot Maden for 25% of it's true value. At least by holding SSL as I have done we SHOULD see the value of that deal coming back to us in SLL SP. $4.11 yesterday is a decent start! GLA

Many posters have been forthcoming about holding or selling. FWIW I sold off 40% therefore holding 60% still as I think there is good news to come soon and that Sandstorm SP will climb over that $4.04 value in the mid-term. GLA

As far as I can work it out this tax only applies to dividends not to trading profits on sharedealing. Am I correct?

Yes, and NYSE for Sandstorm is currently up 3.58% to $3.52. It had dropped to 3.18 on a short recently so I assume that short has been closed. Consequence = SP for MARL to rise with it.

If you haven't given any instruction to the broker then you are left with the shares to either sell or wait to see what Delek may give you for them if they delist the company from the market and take it private. I'm not sure that waiting will be a good move therefore,and I personally would get out as fast as possible. However that decision rests with you.

The real problem here for 'us lot' is the simple fact that we are not being kept up to date with what is happening out in the field. We need to have details of drilling results at Ergama just to start with. It just seems that everything is being done to keep us in the dark re the size of HM and Ergama and that is why 'us lot' are not too happy. Give us ALL the facts and maybe we'll be able to make sensible decisions regarding our investments here.

Can't be right. Brokers aren't allowed to tender your shares without your permission. There has been no notification of it going unconditional. DELEK would need 90% for that I think. Interesting to see what other posters think as this is just my opinion

Have contacted Halifax and dealing on NYSE through them simply requires a Suscriber Form which can be done on phone or on paper. Can't deal on TSX through Halifax though and would have to transfer holding to another broker (cost £25)

Not only that but you would have thought the old BoD would have used this at some point to try to keep them in control of BLVN wouldn't you?
