As regards the likelihood of raising any cash one must remember that the last one came out of the blue in that CPX never needs to raise large amounts of cash so no doubt AK can tap into a few keen investors to do this at relatively low cost. The bottom line is that we are due to go into profit "soon" and having come up with excuses for this year I sincerely hope that the Oct figures give us a clear indication of improvement in the finances . If not I fear that more and more previously faithful LTHs will jump ship. While I am not glad to hear it , it is refreshing that a certain amount is caution is now being expressed from more and more people. I would have thought that the CDE case alone should generate considerable cash but who knows.

My insight is that primarily I do not trust any board of directors to act in the best interests of the shareholders i.e. most act in their own best interests. Also every good CEO should have an exit strategy and no doubt that figures in AKs thoughts. I would imagine most of AKs shares have been obtained at little or no cost so no matter what price he gets he's well up. I prefer to expect the worst but hope for the best. The ongoing silence tells us nothing and causes nothing but speculation.

I note that many of the top supercap companies are privately owned (including ioxus). Does that represent any downside i.e. are they more likely to dissolve themselves ) And can the owners be pursued privately ?. I guess that depends on the limitations .

Interesting extract talks of CPX being "irreparably harmed". That sounds quite concerning or perhaps its just the normal terminology used in such cases. Is anyone genuinely able to quantify how big a player Ioxus is in the scheme of things and the likelihood of a queue of people who have order awaiting the outcome of this case (which seems a long way away). I suppose as with everything its all in AKs head and he isn't talking

So there was previously some comment that this case like the other was "being settled" but in truth it is only just starting and far from settled ? Would that be fair to say.?

Can someone please explain in layman's what is going on re this "claim construction". I understood in was just part of the is process but don't understand the bit about motions not being referred . Are we winning , losing or just in the middle rounds?

No wonder you are disillusioned Dungiven 123 having bought in at 12p and now down in the 4s. In fact I suspect there isn't a lot positive to say except that there are 1000s of customers who might have a use for our products and might buy some (thoughts of rampers and Chairman AK) . The SP does not lie. Thank the lord my average is in the 6s

PC01 What I did not say of course is that I am down on all those three stocks, so an increase after many falls is not difficult . One of those is AFC which I bought at 8p after Abramovich invested heavily, At one stage they were 57p but recently have been down to single digits . Lessons learnt big buys by IIs don't guarantee anything, AIM is a gamble and some companies spend years developing their "unique world beating " products before "going to market" if at all. Fortunately I made my money in the 80/90s and am only gambling with previous profits and money I can afford to lose. Doesn't stop me having an opinion though !!

Claret ..When you replied to my posting about the general tone of postings recently you responded by saying “ Then P,,, off yourself”. I consider that a personal and totally unnecessary comment. If you don’t that’s fine. It does however seem that sometimes your only form of defence is attack and that weakens your credibility.

Well here's one reason. All my shares were up over 12% yesterday but good old CPX never lets me down with a small drop. We all share the dream, but sometimes at nearly £30k down I ask whether its a nightmare. Your only response is to say, shut up and sell then and never to voice any concerns. To me you don't live in the real world.

As I say it takes all sorts and lately I do think more posters are becoming negative except of course the "positive" posters whose postings are mainly pure speculation. Sure we all hope for a multi bagger but one needs a dose of reality sometimes. CPX has underperformed for years (and continues to do so)...until Oct ??
