Another 10 meaningless posts telling us what CPXs product could be used for. People just don't get it that until all "indicated sales" actually show up in the balance sheet (or an RNS) the SP will languish. Time is running out as excuses will no longer be believed and more will jump ship, This now a truly jam tomorrow punt.

PC01 I am glad we concur on many things (sanity v vanity) and it does so make a change from not being branded a troll if one posts anything other than glowing comments . To me the acid test is the SP and lets face it its worrying at the moment despite all the theories as to why its happened. Turning to the IP issue surely every infringement is different so the fact that TDK capitulated does not necessarily mean another infringer does not have a case. My assertion is that a win will be a major boost whereas a loss could be catastrophic, as when push comes to shove perception is everything. As regards cash I do think that if there is any need to raise cash then large IIs could be an advantage is no need for an expensive advertised placing just tap up a few “fat cats”

I cant see why any company who supposedly don't have a cash flow problem would prefer IIs. If there was a lot of communication with shareholders say by post then yes it would reduce costs i.e. having fewer shareholders, but that is not a problem which affects CPX!!. Having large stakeholders who will at some time sell means the SP could be badly affected. I would much prefer lots of smaller investors. Any how AK should be concentrating on actually generating cash flow rather than who owns what shares. although I have a niggling worry that the IP cases are a definite elephant in the room .

Well let's hope he does not renege on your Wednesday meeting!! I would imagine he has a clear indication of what questions you will be asking. Let's hope he has researched matters and provides you with up to date information rather seeking two days grace just to come up with a form of words

PC01.There are a few people on here desperate to know if a contract has been signed on Tech Tom and when is the likely fulfilment date (not forgetting Claret of course) . I would gladly chip in but knowing our luck it will be another of those contracts which disappear into the ether

It strikes me that any opinion is mere conjecture. We can only hope that those who decide have a clear grasp of the salient points. I am no expert in supercaps but I have been involved in cases where I thought I was on a winner only to find that an Inspector disagreed because of some minor technical point. But there again patent cases might work entirely differently/ Are things black and white or are many many shades of grey. All I really hope for is an early answer as I think a win will be a game changer (which we desperately need)

I agree 3.14 but it doesn't change the fact that I was right to be sceptical. It does seem that things are conspiring against any fairy tale multi bagger here

3.14 Much criticism has been made as to worth of Mrs May’s deal but one should remember that it is not just her deal it’s the EUs deal as well and they are under no obligation to gives us anything. There is no doubt it is a mess. It should be remembered however that MPS are our representatives not our delegates and I suspect apart from the ERG they realise that the benefits of the EU far outweigh the disadvantages and particularly as to how it affects our standard of living . The EU was originally championed by France and Germany so as to prevent further conflict and in that respect it has succeeded but the UK sees itself as being different and has a culture of no matter what the benefits are we want no part of it. I for one am not proud to be British, we have a terrible history of exploitation and are I feel about to shoot ourselves in the foot purely through dogma and not much common sense.

Sorry TT cant understand anyone who is in Financial Services being pro Brexit. 10% of our total Tax revenue comes from this area and many organisations are here because most of their work is in the EU. If that revenue decreases those affected will blame the government who will have no answer but to cut costs. Except of course if Labour get in and then they will borrow money from anyone who will lend it to us. I see it was mentioned for the first time this weekend but I believe civil unrest is a certainty.

It does seem there has been a change of emphasis and three recent major senior management appointments including a new Chief Medical officer. I understand Spire Health will now focus on remote patient monitoring for chronic conditions, particularly COPD, asthma, and congestive heart failure. What does mean for health tags . Is it a change of direction or is the latest development part of a huge multi faceted explosion in usage? As I said we need updating but at the moment this does not seem to mean big bucks for the bottom line . Still nice to hear you are being a little more civil nowadays TT . Worried about Brexit ??

So it then begs the question , where is the expected large follow on order ? So far all we have heard is a bland "its coming" indication. Having said that if it is it will be months later than precited . It all goes to prove that forecasting anything as regards CPX is not straightforward and should perhaps be taken with a pinch of salt

If you go on line with Apple, Spire Health Tags are shown as being unavailable, whereas when you go to individual stores about half have them in stock. What does this mean i.e. are they selling out fast or are they having supply issues ? We need an update

PC01 I don't think I have suggested that Brexit is responsible for the present level of the SP. . I referred to it in the future tense as one of several factors which could work against the SP rising soon. Still it appears to have slipped a little further away today (Brexit that is)

So you don't think that some people might suddenly be short of cash and be more inclined to sell their shares to liquidate their assets ?

It does seem that CPX has invented several the best thing since sliced bread gismos that haven't sold. We now have to wait for the Aug launch to see if the 3v product will get us out of jail. Then we have an even longer wait for the IP verdict. Then there will be the Brexit effect. I don't see a significant rise in the SP for some time.
