If there was anything positive to say I would say it . All I see is the SP gradually going down. I guess your glass is always half full whereas mine is half empty. I see a company with half its research costs paid for but still cannot generate enough revenue to cover the remaining costs. If you are happy with this then that's fine. I am less than happy and seek to communicate that dissatisfaction which as a shareholder r I am perfectly entitled to do as you are to ignore it. The market dictates the price not me and clearly at the moment no news means no confidence.

I doubt if you will get a reply as they are probably too busy trying to come up with a form of words to placate shareholders when the 19/20 "outlook" is communicated. We shall soon know if AK is a "man of substance" or not.

Claret. Please read trades again, sells exceeded buys both in terms of numbers and shares. Also if Maxwell and Ioxus were all about the same infringement why would CPX start proceedings for Maxwell immediately before an important date in Ioxus case ? If there was a favourable settlement for Ioxus surely they could then say "there you are a precedent".

Why would any reasonable commentator emphasise “chunky buys” on a day of limited trading and when the SP has fallen. Don’t get it.

My understanding is that these pre trial hearings give those involved a chance to clearly understand the language and technicalities involved and this could lead the judge to indicate her view on things. So other than that I don’t know of any real significance, Also I have no clue as to whether it would have any parallels with the Maxwell case. If it does please enlighten us all.

I accept I know little about the whole patent infringement process or the weight of the arguments involved except to say that four people have so far “taken a chance”. I for one would appreciate a balanced argument of the issues involved

Ridicule me all you want the fact is that this share disappoints but few are prepared to admit the fact that they might have got it wrong. I will be the first to admit I got drawn in like everyone else (said the spider to the fly) but I soon realised that this share was more about AKs dream and less about the real world ...yet

I would have thought that given we have been trying to get them to sign up for a couple of years already that at an early capitulation is unlikely. This business should be simple, you have the wherewithal to be amongst the world leaders in the technology so patent these ideas and license them. Then couple this with manufacturing and selling some of the products of your ideas and make an overall profit. The first is proving difficult and time consuming to enforce. These actions are arguably impacting on sales meaning that in overall terms progress is slow. With the Maxwell case likely to take a couple of years (unless they settle) I reckon this share will be in the doldrums for some time to come. Either that or AK will prove some of us wrong. If that is the case, he is certainly not appraising his shareholders of his enthusiasm. The question is why?

Thanks Iwantthatone. Its all water off a ducks back. I suppose as with many things in life people have to decide whats most important i.e. whats right with something or whats wrong with it. To me when it comes to shares I prefer to look at what might go wrong whereas others (in my eyes seeking to justify their decision to buy) seek only to extol the virtues of the share. We are all different but it does amaze me how personal and vindictive people can get when even possibly suggesting they have made a wrong decision. Having said that I would be so glad to be proved totally wrong.

I am quite happy to be corrected by my limited research indicate that in the US the infringer wins two out of three cases. So lets hope ours is one of the 33%

Iwgrod my belief is that a R and D business model based on IP/licensing revenue forming a large part of their revenue is less likely to be profitable than a company which produces and sells things. Currently royalties represent about 20% of revenue and at the moment that stream is also incurring significant costs. That is why I believe more effort should be put into direct sales. So we have two main revenue streams royalties and sales none of which in isolation are doing that well. Having created supposedly watertight IP AK has no option as it is one of his main "selling points" but to defend it, what I am asking is how long can shareholders reasonably be expected to wait before royalties start to show " a real profit" in terms of overall revenue. I did incidentally provide evidence to JH who then proceeded to broadcast confidential information on here so I have no intention of providing it again. I hold at an average of 6.742p and that is why I am not selling

Here we go again , multiple accounts, agendas, don't understand AIM, don't understand the sector, don't have any shares, why don't I sell. The bottom line it is my money I have invested (believed AKs dream) and I am perfectly entitled to comment on how I believe my money is being managed. I would like a smooth and gradual ride to a higher SP but I believe we are now like Icarus sailing closing to the sun now. Will we crash and burn that is the question. Lets see if another placing is next on the agenda. I don't want it to happen but I think it reasonable to suggest it as a possibility

Nitram , as has been proven I hold 1.3 million shares but being a gentlemen of certain years money is not as important to me as it would be to someone with other financial commitments. I have however had a lifetime of experience in which some people believe they have found a way to make easy money. My experience says that the world is full of people who try and part you from your money. AK has formed a business based on his dream and so far has always made a loss. I simply question whether a company with little resources has made a wise decision to invest so much in protecting its IP is a correct strategic decision . Of course he has no choice but to defend but what happens if he looses will that be the ned of CPX. A lot of eggs in one basket?

Gentlemen, I respect your points of view but whereas as you prefer to see things always through rose tinted glasses, I prefer to assess how things could go wrong. I see nothing wrong with critique and caution. All I know is that I spouted the same message when Tech Tom was in full flow and we were at 12p-15p. I believe the fact that we are now at 4p makes my point . All that glisters is not gold. Time will tell but one has to understand that this is a real David and Goliath situation but there again David did win that fight.

Are you guys in cloud cuckoo land? Do you have any clue about what Musk’s approach to all this will be? I understand that he has binned a lot of his own patents as they in his mind discourage progress in overall terms. He has said “no way” to licensing since 2017 so this suggests he will likely fight in which case he probably has the capacity to delay and delay. AK is playing a high risk game and any talk of 10/20/30p is poppy****. I hope you are all wrong, but I expect a long term in the doldrums SP.

I am not sowing seeds of doubt just giving my view. Having said that the ultimate is view is that of the market place and we are down at 4p. AK has created a company with limited resources which is moving forward with for the immediate future probable high litigation costs. That's the gamble if you choose to go down this path. Whether it turns out to be the right one only time will tell. I for one don't want to be someone who loses all of my money but enjoyed the ride. Nothing in life is guaranteed except death and taxes.
