Been to Cardiff a couple of times. I think I saw Wales v South Africa in a pool patch and of course Enlgand v Wales. Been in the midst of a Welsh crowd at Twickenham too. Very entertaining! Not so keen on Twickenham now, They cram you in. All these he rugby players sitting in ridiculously small seats. Remember sitting behind two retired international referees at Twickenham one French and one English. Like a couple of school kids bashing each other over the head with rolled ups programs. Camberabero did us that day. One of the first cross kick tries. From the wing into the centre. never seen that done again.£10 at ticket in those days and it was hard to give tickets away then in the eighties. I was at the Australia England final 1991. My first child being two weeks overdue. Just made it back in time, bit of a saw head for several reasons! Don't go much now. Local pubs in Twickenham were fabulous international meeting places with fully fuelled supporters from around the world. Turks Head still good but not the same . Quinns down the road was a great place too. Wonderfull days and memories.

After a few beers and half a bottle of Ventoux I have emailed Keyoption in Melbourne the guys that have bought distribution rights for Latin America, Asia , Australia and New Zealand, that the uk press and establishment are trying to discredit the company because basically they have come up with such a cheap effective solution threatens their products. There doesn't appear to be anyone batting for them in America and Europe. They have been doing a fantastic job down under and teamed up wit a company in US. Trying to dig a bit deeper. I think its thrown the medical profession that they have come up with such a quick simple idea in 3 months. Literally they have invented produced and got two marketing companies to buy the rights to distribute globally before its even got government approvals, which they should have very soon. TTG have engineered and manufactured samples that have been sent out around the world. It could be that it fails government accuracy tests. If not it will be huge because it will enable airports, social events, shopping centres, music venues , and work places to get back to normal at a fraction of the cost and time that other systems take. It has a camera that examines the saliva swab for the shape of the virus and can identify them immediately with Ai technology which is what the inventor specialises in . Its just brilliant. So its freaking out the old school. Suspect there is big money around trying to discredit it. The Ft in particular have been appalling in trying to run the 4 man team In Iabra (the inventors) down.

Ouch! Paul is not a happy bunny at all about TTG. I wonder if he would have the same opinion if he hadn't bought the top of the spike which I didn't realise quite the extent of. The rest of the business is ok but not riveting. So I think keep a careful watch on that. And see if I can get any more info from my newest buddies in Australia. It seems Keyoptions who replied have bought distributing rights and seem to think certification is a formality almost . Just test it it out on a few kangaroos and Bruce is your uncle. Anyone else using iWeb. Well they can't be, it doesn't seem to work anymore. The helpline chat and phone service doesn't work even 2 hours after the market has closed. I can only see yesterdays valuations on my account, and all the spreads were between 40 and 60%. Dreadful company. Its not like the volumes have been even average today. Definitely avoid if you are not using them. I know people have experienced other trading platforms not working but I've not experienced anything this bad before

Hi T. Don't take as gospel on the cruise front. Cant find the source for that now. It was thanks to Stockopedia that I took quite a position in Saga after and during the placing. I sat next to Sir Roger DeHaan at a small concert a few years back and nearly got involved in his organisation post Saga when I worked for a local college. Quite an amazing guy with the work he has done with his proceeds from Saga sale supporting underfunded local schools and basically funding projects the useless council can't manage or understand. He bought Folkestone harbour, renovated and has turned it into a thriving community and business centre. He sold Saga for 1.35 billion and has bought about 25% of it back for 100 million which is about 10% of what he sold it for! He even overpaid by about four times the share price to get back in control, such is his conviction and commitment. I must admit I thought he's not actually risking a whole lot and it might be more pride than anything. But ultimately he's a very shrewd business man. Am thinking I should be buying more into the current rise, as its only just got back to placing sp. The insurance income matches the cash burn of the travel arm at the moment, just about. Its just about doubled this week from recent low.Its a bit confusing about the loan on the new boat though which is my main concern, but once sailing the two cruise ships will be pulling in 40 million a year on top of everything else. I realise a lot of people lost a lot of money under the company who bought it, which I hope isn't anyone here. The small cap guy on Stockopedia thinks its no brainer multi bagger over 2 years and he has quite a track record himself in investing. My ISA is just back into profit and my other trading accounts are just about level, so it was a pretty anxious end to summer. Hopefully a bit more to look forward to now. GL

Lse having been experiencing problems with the chat site for weeks, I was beginning to think I'd been barred for criticising their appalling fundamentals data. Perhaps I'm the only one that checks them against other sites, but their data is often old and out of date or just completely wrong, and they did refund my premium membership fee without quibble. It is absolutely useless even the so called 'live feed live 2'. I guess they couldn't really care less. It is very useful in other respects like the Brigades 'quiet room' where we can swop ideas and let off the occasional toot of joy or despair. Someone on Stockopedia ( not brilliant, but worth the discounted fee of £180 for a year, not sure I will rejoin though)suggested that Pfizer ramped up their vaccine and then sold a shedload of shares yesterday. I find that so hard not to believe! Sounds like a pretty fragile vaccine to me. Has to be stored below -70 and used within 5 days. You need two injections and gives 90% immunity for an un researched or specified period. Extra ordinary reaction from the market, unlikely to simmer down that much with AZN and others pretty close on their heels. Cant help feeling Pfizer was a rushed job to get to market first, because they would almost certainly be a less attractive option to other vaccines. Any way it shone a light to the end of the tunnel and is a ground broker that can be built on. Talk of cruises being brought forward to January. Very good luck everyone

Hi S. You say you had problems with IG? Strange. There was me wishing I had all my stock in IG. Perhaps none of them can handle it when it get so busy. Think I would have sold more stock Han I did though. Crazy day just because one drug company says they have a Vaccine that is 90% efficient but needs to be stored at -80% and may only give immunity for a couple of months. Crusty ends up as top riser. Think there might be a correction there tomorrow.

God knows at what cost to investors. iWeb screwed me over . IG worked fine though. Its like a third world service the uk financial system, or just designed to defraud. Sold IAG pretty near top. Not sure that was a good idea but panicked to trade while the system allowed. Maybe able to buy back a bit lower tomorrow if I can actually trade. Dreadful service
