Obviously whilst wishing that the production and profit figures are correct it may be wise to take them with a pinch of salt. He did the interview to promote Frontera and his comment on delisting is laughable to be honest.
However the overriding positive is that, thanks to Chris, we know that Zaza and Steve are not only both alive and well, but promoting Frontera, the company we all partially own :). GLA

This is what I posted on 10 June after a discussion then with IG:

"Basically anyone with a long or short position with IG is charged overnight interest on their position. When a stock is suspended or delists this continues. All IG stocks are held with a custodian (HSBC). HSBC have decided to stop charging the overnight charge on FRR and so IG are stopping doing the same to their holders of open positions. To achieve this the positions will be booked out at zero and the funds moved to a proceeds account. This will not be accessible to customers. If the stock relists the appropriate monies will be credited/debited to this proceeds account and the resultant profit or demand given to the customer. If there is a dividend paid it does not affect any of this. So, those with open positions are not being affected at all in effect other than they will stop being charged the daily interest charge.
Shorters have therefore been paying a daily interest charge to IG for almost six months ... I don't recall them boasting about that on ADVFN ... :)."

Timster: some of his answers were strange. But he was constantly trying to promote Frontera as a Company, which suggests he still sees that as the vehicle to his (and our) riches.

StarRage: you are absolutely incorrect. I have a contact at IG and posted a month ago the facts about this. I am out at the mo so cannot find my post but I will post it tomorrow. If this comes back at a premium, any who had a short position with IG will be fully liable, even though they have, to a degree, been settled.

StarRage: I'm sorry but with your admirable attention to detail you should know that they did this months ago. So your statement: 'IG have just closed their grey market' is factually incorrect. Why say it? To deliberately mislead the uninformed that there is new negative news?

Thank you Star. So the personal guarantees were given on the 19th February 2019. So not in advance of Mourant taking the work, but at a stage where they were debt chasing. So the point I made is relevant: as at 19 February they were prepared to issue a personal guarantee to stop court action being taken against the Company. This is a positive, albeit maybe they presumably expected it never to get to enforcement. Time is not on their side, so something will materialise soon, one way or the other ...

StarRage: re your funding point, I concur. Although, rather surprisingly, the loan term sheet was issued knowing this!
The gogc arbitration, and FRR counterclaim, in my opinion are just respective negotiation stances; a deal is being thrashed out involving all parties and a major or majors. At some point it will be revealed and we will all profit from it. If we agree that a loan is unlikely then that suggests that Zaza and SN believe we must be close to a deal. Rose tinted specs firmly on this morning :).
