If the personal guarantee was in the form of shares, do Outrider have to go for that before they can go for SN's assets? Maybe someone with a legal brain could answer please?
The point I am making is whether the fact they have gone for the shares means they believe they're not worthless now or is it just proceedural?

Shatner: As Tsbs has helpfully pasted, there were two RNSs which confirmed the two NDAs, so they were in place. The email is the only evidence that the other NDA was with BP.
From where I sit it would be really helpful to have confirmation of the timing of the latest information that Hull City has relayed. Is it recent or is it just further confirmation of information you relayed earlier this year? If it is old information then that is slightly less worrying, but only as we are still functioning as a Company. If it is more recent then it is a cause for concern, albeit it could be b******s.
This journey is a nightmare for us all. Some days one feels positive, others negative (like now). One day (Rodney) we will become enlightened either way.

Madp: just a reality check on these statements (please correct me if I am hopefully wrong):

- 500kbopd last year: a statement made by Zaza in the same interview that he said we chose to delist.
- lights still on despite numerous court cases; true but some of the court cases suggest lights may be about to go off.
- bid that cost millions in Ukraine - where does this fact come from? We do know that if we won the bid it would then cost millions.
- 240 employees: from bid document. No other evidence of this is there? They're certainly very quiet employees ... no social media posts from any of them.

Sorry to be negative but I think it is important to have a reality check from time to time. I hope there is evidence I am unaware of or mistakes in what I have said are the sources above?

Sycric: we know that Tim isn't being paid and claims to have had no communication with FRR, but he is detailed on their website so it is a positive sign.

His shareholding here is 1.04 billion shares.
In my limited experience rich people tend to do everything to get richer. The main reason I am here is by following that mantra and believing that Zaza will want his billion shares to make him a shed load richer.

saxmaster: how is Zaza 'making millions'?
Given what we know (which is little admittedly) it seems that we have been struggling for cash. Zaza had not been taking salaries up to the stage we have accounts. So potentially he hasn't been paid.
The only way I see he can make millions is via his shares, which would mean we are collateral beneficiaries :)
