If we do come out the other side then a relist will happen imo. It helps ensure good governance (in theory!) and will undoubtedly provide a wider range of fundraising options.

Gipps: I think we can be confident that there is no deal with any major yet as they (ie the super major) would have had to announce it to their shareholders.

If Zaza and Steve had evidence of that the non fiduciary duty would be a slam dunk ....
That would be sweet, so sweet ....

Pophead: haven't seen any evidence of debts being paid alas; and there could be other reasons for YA not suing us. I also would have thought that if we were producing like Zaza said in his interview there would be some positive signs on social media. My guess is all is quiet on the wells front. So am hoping that the company can survive long enough to get the Hope actions sorted and then do a deal with a major for our asset.
But, as always, pure speculation.

Tsbs: my guess is that all will be sorted when the ADR is sorted (if it is). This action is purely Outrider applying pressure on SN to get a better outcome in the ADR.

Don't understand Hull City's motives.
None of us know anything other than the court postings and the super sleuth finding snippets.
But we do know that if we lose big then so do Steve and Zaza, which is a sizeable crumb of comfort to cling to.
