The journalist says that KPMG, who are one of the largest accountancy firms, have confirmed that FRR have virtually no chance of winning the arbitration case. However, KPMG's remit is to confirm that there are no misstatements in what is said and what is said is that 'management believe FRR have virtually no chance of winning the case'. They can basically say whatever they like as it is a 'management belief'. It is not KPMG's opinion, it is the management's. So the journalist's comment in relation to KPMG and us not having a chance of winning is not accurate, KPMG have made no comment on our chances of winning or otherwise.
If it had just said: 'Frontera have little chance of winning', then that would have been a completely different situation.
