Star/Seingred: the lawyer fee debt is owed by the Company. If Zaza and SN wanted to they could have let the lawyers sue the Company and they would have no personal liability. But, no, they gave personal guarantees, so clearly, at that time, they believed funding was imminent and wanted to preserve the Company. The obvious conclusion is that they believe there is a future and they will reap the rewards via their shareholdings.
The fact that they seem to be doing everything they can to protect the Company is a massive positive imo.

StarRage: it is true they aren't paying their lawyers but you fail to mention that they have personally guaranteed the debt. So clearly they intend to pay and clearly believe the Company will be in a position to pay, presumably very soon. As someone who commands respect by your knowledge here, you do yourself no favours by not including all the facts in reaching your (consequential) negative conclusion.

Free: thanks for posting your reporting of the vile 'person'. As a result I unfiltered it (temporarily!) and also reported the vile post. I am sure it will now get a deserved lengthy ban; indeed if it was me, it would be banned forever. It adds nothing whatsoever to debate on here; quite the opposite actually.

RR: I would be pretty confident that all the BP Country Heads will have been trained to deal with spurious emails from mischief makers and genuine investors looking for hints. I suspect that all of these are given the same stock reply that the idiot got. So nothing to be drawn from it either way.

I asked my contact at IG about what would happen if we were to relist on a different exchange to AIM. I was specifically thinking it might be possible we might relist in the US. He replied to me yesterday and I thought I would share it below in case it might be of interest to others. This is what he said:
"I’ve been meaning to email you on the back your two questions on Frontera – apologies for the delay.
With regards to the exchange on which Frontera re-lists we will follow our prime broker instructions. If they re-list on London we will simply re-instate client positions as they were at the new market price. If a client had a short position (or long CFD position for that matter) the position will be reinstated at the new opening price whether that be lower or higher than the price it was delisted. Should client be making a loss they will need to ensure there enough funds on the account to cover the resulting pnl and margin.
Should Frontera relist in New York it is difficult to say what would happen with existing positions but again we would follow our PB instructions. I imagine that clients would want to be re-instated in the new listing and our prime broker should accommodate for that and convert client holdings into the new exchange.
Hope this helps."

6,747,000GEL x 0.28 = £1,889,160.

The journalist says that KPMG, who are one of the largest accountancy firms, have confirmed that FRR have virtually no chance of winning the arbitration case. However, KPMG's remit is to confirm that there are no misstatements in what is said and what is said is that 'management believe FRR have virtually no chance of winning the case'. They can basically say whatever they like as it is a 'management belief'. It is not KPMG's opinion, it is the management's. So the journalist's comment in relation to KPMG and us not having a chance of winning is not accurate, KPMG have made no comment on our chances of winning or otherwise.
If it had just said: 'Frontera have little chance of winning', then that would have been a completely different situation.

So there has been a bit of journalistic licence used in the article he wrote.
He said in the article:
"An audit report prepared by KPMG says that the Gas and Oil Corporation considers Frontera's claim to be unfounded and the probability of their position being considered by the arbitral tribunal is minimal."
This was a real concern to me reading the article. However it is now clear he has deduced this by the fact that there is a statement in the Corporation's accounts that says:
"Management believe that the Company and SAOG have factual and legal bases to win the case, and that possibility for Frontera to win these claims is remote."
coupled with the fact that KPMG have approved the accounts.
This is a different matter completely. KPMG's statutory obligations are to verify the figures and notes to the accounts but the statement above says: 'management believe'. KPMG have in signing the accounts verified the facts in this note to the accounts, however that is a statement of fact of the management of the Corporation's opinions so KPMG have not endorsed that.

Gipps: Georgia won't add to profit (hence dividends) for some time after they purchase it (if they do: fingers crossed). In the short term it would potentially add to the share price though.
