It makes me smile when proposals are put forward for Government support. If Labour does get elected Government support is a sure fire way of opening up nationalisation by the back door. They plan it for water, gas, rail, mail, electricity so why not for Sirius? That in turn is a sure fire way of making sure the mine will never be built - seething contempt or not.

Richard. This isn’t advice. But if I were you I would sell. It might still go well but what if it doesn’t? Like I said. Not advice but if you can get £30k out then do it. You aren’t an experienced investor despite what you assert. At least think about it. Completely IMHO of course.

This was abrupt and out of the blue. Little or no explanation. So cui bono? Who benefits from such a sharp fall? Shorters obviously but who else?

I am hoping that there is something else going on. I have a feeling - no more than a feeling - that there is more to this than meets the eye. I hope I am right because, as I said, the longer this goes on the more likely it seems that there could be a tearful ending for PIs. I intend to sit tight and not be drawn into investing more.
