I see that purchase as a complete pretence. A slap in the face. Pocket change to him. If he’d put a million in like the new Ceo of BT then I might have believed it. This is a pitiful attempt to inspire confidence which has exposed the weakness of our position.

Just remember that as a quoted company we are always there for a potential predator to come along and make an offer. In other words with such a low valuation we aren't necessarily in control.

The key thing here, I believe, will be whether more than one strategic partner is interested. If there is a single interested partner then we can expect to be pretty much wiped out imho. Remember FlyBe. Simply because beggars can't be choosers. It's always been that way. However, if there is wider interest then we may be luckier. I have mentally more or less written off a very substantial sum of money and am holding on in the hope that there may be wider interest. But I cannot see how some of the prices mentioned on this board are anything other than fanciful. I need something like 21p a share to break even and imho that is just a pipe dream.

AIM and the main market are different. You don’t get promoted and relegated from one to the other.

The kids don’t care about Sirius Minerals. Their innocence is wonderful. Appreciate what you have. Don’t long for what you haven’t got. Dust yourself off and go again. If you’ve made a mistake try and learn from it but don’t let it ruin your life or your family’s.

I tend to agree there will be a bid from a big boy. But it will be for pence. Why would it be for more? This has cost me a lot of money personally but I knew the risks and have warned myself and others of them on this board and elsewhere. Hopefully some of the younger posters will understand the old adage about eggs and baskets. For some older posters it’s a bit too late.

We’ve been begging for months if not years. Beggars can’t..... This is a disaster for PIs if not for the big players.
