Another one who things they are cleverer and better than anyone else, and only their thoughts are correct and sensible while all others speak rubbish, look in to the mirror and please keep the rude words you use to your own home. We thought that these sort of comments and having a go at each other had ceased a few months ago. Everyone else appears to have realised the nasty comments made about each other are childish and futile and only make themselves look rather silly. we are sure you can do better than that. Let everyone have an opinion, even if it does not match yours.

As expected once 3 or so buy in the others will follow in case they lose out. The negative part of this is when FFWD gets to 9-10p a lot will sell to take a small profit. But we will be grateful it had got back to 9-10p for them to do it.
Last time it had to go down to 6p to get the buyers in the mood, this time 8p. So after the next big rise to 14p it will drop back to just under 10p for the buyers to come in again then continue from there, especially after the good news we have been promised for the last few years. In the end they will be crowing when the news comes. Only teasing. Am happy bunnies to see the buyers arrive, lets hope they can push the price up to near 9p next week.

They are sat there just waiting to see how low it will go. When a couple lose their nerve and make big purchasers the others will follow in case they miss the boat. Wish we had money as we would be following those first big spenders, in fact we would be starting now, because if news does come they will all have missed the boat. Possibly rise to around 9.5p until news arrives.

As we have said for months, we need good figures or an IPO / take over before we go back to double figures again with the SP.
All the research, regardless how good it is will not push the SP up. People need good figures and profit. The issue of stock was an excuse to push the price down a bit more. We said a few months ago we expected a rights issue to get cash and hoped we would not get one, now we wish we had the rights issue instead of the placing.

How do Leap charge for their games, % of each bet, fixed fee for a fixed period of time etc? no one seems to have mentioned how they actually earn their pennies.

Re your comment about being lazy, we could take that as insulting but we are sure it was just a passing off the cuff remark and you did not mean it to be offensive. I no longer have the capabilities of doing much research as it takes me all my time to look after my wife who has a number of chronic ailments (they can not cure) plus other problems she has along with looking after he house and around 3/4 acre garden. We are both shielded as I also have (Chronic) chest and lung problems along with bladder and bowel problems that they can only manage, Our doctor says she is amazed we do every thing ourselves and do not have carers in to help, most people just sit in their chair and get waited on. To be honest when we had them in when I was bed ridden for 3 months, they did try their best, but once i was up we could do things better ourselves in the way we wanted things done. Carers cost the country money and it has enough debt already. After all we are better off than those in the village cemetery.
We are now unable to undertake much investment work owing to our disabilities and memory, so this is the only AIM we now hold after reading the info a few years back otherwise we just buy in to stocks that are around their bottom, looking for recovery and often receiving 5% plus dividends. We rely on the information for FFWD from you good people and have gradually increased our FFWD holding in our ISAs.
Keep the good work up and do not **** each other off as it got rather awful around a year ago, every one has a valid point to make.
With Olderbutwiser saying EMMAC would be worth, in his post , the value of the present FFWD SP do any of you agree and what sensible values do you all anticipate, now that should keep you busy while I change our nappies, and that is not a joke.

Do you really think Emmac is worth around 8-9p to FFWD once it is fully quoted? If it does then you would be talking 50p+ for FFWD with the other holdings.

You cannot keep a good Dog(go) down, forever on the mark. Keep your news flowing, it will all turn to our advantage eventually.

Think we are all shell shocked.

As someone said earlier the SP usually goes below the placing price. it also usually goes below the average price after a rights so we had to expect this. which to be honest we forgot about, which is also usual for a 80 yrs olds mind. For us it is annoying as our other holdings have increased greatly over the last week or so only for FFWD to take all the increase.
We are sure it will come back, we think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or hope, not sure which.

Do you all remember us saying a month or so ago we thought there may be a rights issue, wish we had been correct but they got their cash and to be honest except for the warrants the sp should have more or less held. Are these warrants been traded? Just have to hang on and be patience

Whose selling theses large amounts? 500,000, 250,000, 100,000 surely not those who took the placing at 8.5 to take a nice little profit, probably is though. Us poor little long term shareholders do not get a look in.
Good sign the MMs not pushing the price down to much, well not at the moment. Thought we would have had more buyers at under 9p. That's life though, you either stay with it or out out, feel sorry for those still with 12p etc average. will look in again at weekend if we get time.

They take anything below mid price as SALE anything above as a BUY
However QUOTES 8.6 TO 9 the mid price is 8.8
You could still have a sale at 8.6 and buy at 8.75 with the buy showing as a sale AS I IT IS BELOW the mid price
On the other hand with mid price 8.8 you could have sale at 8.85 and buy at 9 but the 8.85 is shown as a buy as it is above the mid price
So everything is just a guide and therefore incorrect at times.

Only good thing is that it shows people are confident in FFWD to take up the placing, but we (current shareholders) should have been offered the chance to buy in first at 8.5p. They do not seem to care about us ordinary shareholders.
We desperately need some good news to get us back to 13 p range, with FFWD rerating with our holdings getting rerated upwards or an IPO or take over of some of our holdings, Whatever it is we need good firm news to get us out of this rut, otherwise we will get more throwing the towel in.
Good to see so many buying in at 9p. We are now just out of pocket after buying down from 17p. could not get cash available to add a few more at under 9p. In fact we are at breakeven now so probably not buy any more at the moment.

They should have offered the current shareholders the offer at 8.5p first, rather than new investors

Lack of cash, boredom, lack of news, profit taking earlier on, other places to invest in to.
Some must be thinking as they click the sell button at 9p, why did I not sell at 11 to 12p. They will be even more distraught when it shoots up again towards the 20p mark when a bit of good news pops up.
As we have said over and over again. you must have patience. Even we think at times if only we had sold at 12p and bought back at 10p But it never works like when you try it.
The BOD can not magic up news so we must forget it and just look once a week and get on with our lives and other investments. Even ERNIE has reduced the winners we will get each month after November.

Was just going to check on our portfolio for the weekend when I accidentally clicked on FFWD posts rather than trades in error, while the better half is enjoying a recovery sleep.
Luck was with us as it was nice to see a very good as well as interesting post, not hammering on about the same old things. Only section not enjoyed was the 5-10 year holding period as WE may not be around then!!!!!. the forecast of 105p is what we are hoping for also, especially if they all released very good news more or less together and in the next few months,
well you have to hope. Realistically we feel we could see 50-60p in the near term if leap announces some good news and the other companies get some decent news exposure. Until then while the SP hardly moves we could hope for more very interesting posts like Fluid 3d, Not that the usual ones are uninteresting, but they leave us with links that are hard to follow at times and to be honest a bit boring, (to us that is, probably not the keen followers on here). Fluids 6 % holding caught my eye as it was similar to our joint holding except we may have a few noughts before the 6.
