Just added a few more to both our ISAs so still confident,, not sure why but we are!!!!!

As you say, this time 8p appears to be the base, where as the previous bases were 6p and 7p. Hopefully we will hold the 8p base until we get good news, which seems to be the only time the SP goes up before many long term holders then "get out" As for the big seller, is it one big seller? we do not really know but it probably is, while the large sales are sustained by many smaller sellers. Breaking even is what a lot appears to be the aim of the majority of holders, rather than making a good profit. This may go on up to the 10p mark. Of course a lot bought in from 5.9p to 7.5p and they may be just taking their profit at present. With such a small turnover of shares all sales are noticed by the other holders.
Until a large majority of FFWD shareholders are here to make a long term profit we will not see a rise in the SP to near its NAV. As we have said many times, along with a number of you, patience is the only thing we can have. It is now notable that the MMs are tending to ease the buy price up at the moment from 8.13p (which we paid for our ISAs) a couple of weeks ago to the present 8.35p. So it is fingers crossed.

Barwickjman says not to late to buy PRTG, Bunsunburner says sell PRTG.
Just about sums us all up on here.

We have got to the stage 12.5p would be great. A nice decent profit after 6 years
After all the talk of 50p a few months ago some of you would be happy for the SP to get to around NAV , which we think is around 12p-15p.
We even wonder if LEAP will give us a leap in the share price when it does finally go, (if it ever does that is!!). what worries us is that if Leap is so good why are the money guys not buying in to FFWD. It appears that its figures will not allow a float and for it to be bought up by some nice rich company is what we must hope for.
If it is disposed of we hope the money is not gobbled up with the costs of FFWD or put in to iffy new ventures. We need to see value in FFWD. We can understand why so many are selling up. Mind you the MMs are not willing to go below 8p as they think buyers would flood in at 7-8p. It is all mixed signals as we see it. As for a good dividend, think we can forget that.
Long term supporters of FFWD have not been rewarded. So many are getting to the stage they just want out.
We are going to add a few more to our holding just to round the numbers up but as things stand we are NOT going to add in the 100,000s as we do not have the confidence anymore

Why are they allowed to delay the publication of some trades to later in the day or first thing next morning. If a trade is made it should be announced immediately. They do this for their own benefit.
All trades should be identified as either a buy or sell, instead of leaving us to try and guess. A number on here have pointed out that their trade was incorrectly identified, as has happened to us more than once today. This day and age it would be easy to indicate whether it is a buy or sell when the trade is published.

We are still in a tizzy wondering whether to add to our holding, as we do have far too many already. Got caught up by those so called experts on here who were constantly forecasting the future of the SP as 50p, quoting so called good research, were in reality 13-15p may be nearer the mark. We have just been adding slowly for 5-6.years and they have certainly mounted up. At least the drop to under 6p a few months ago gave us the opportunity to average out at a low price. Feel sorry for those who followed their ramping and have a 10p plus average. Perhaps one day we will say enough is enougth and get out, but of course once it starts going in to double figures we think it may go higher and hang on instead of taking a good profit.
All this talk of it being the best thing since sliced bread just shows how much wasted time some of them have (supposedly) wasted doing research, then posting it on here in the hope the big money boys will enter with all guns firing and the price going up to 50p. All it has ever done is drop from as high as 30p we believe, although 17p is the highest we have seen. At 8p it is certainly worth a punt , that's why we have added once again.
We do not read the comments on here very often but nice to see a few new names appear, assuming they are different people, as one never knows theses days.
Ah well that's us finished boring those of you who have nothing better to do than read this, but do take care. we will try and look in in a weeks time unless something interesting happens in the meantime.

After Mondays small rise in the buying price we thought we may be heading for 9p again, silly us. The MMs soon mark down today after that 500k sale, they must know there are a lot out there who will sell, just to get their money back as it goes up and very few who will buy as things stand.
FFWD for 5/6 years has always been a "tomorrow" stock but those with money obviously do not think so.
Still have our few hundred thousand, goodness knows why! perhaps just in case.

As most long term holders know this drop in the share price has happened a number of times over the last few years.
The drop is quite simple. No one is buying! Why? because they are waiting to see just how low it will go before the big boys decide to dip a toe in to the water, at which point others should follow them and a penny plus increase in a day is very likely. Further increases depend on whether more join the moving train, if they do, it can go back up to around 12p. At this point (unless good news arrives in the meantime which could push it even higher than 12p) profit takers will start to pull the share back downwards.
Charts show a few very high points over the last 5 years with a lot of "Ws" in between.
People were talking of a NAV of up to 50p/60p which had buyers flocking in last time but more reality has pushed it back down, however if the next NAV is around 15 -17p a SP of 13 -14p is a possibility. If the NAV is around 6p-7p then 5p is a probability and all those pie in the sky forecasts of massive profits will be up in the sky rather than in our pockets. Remember most I.Ts trade with a 10%+ discount to NAV.
In the meantime we may, unfortunately, see it decline to the lows of 5p - 6.5p.
Around this point bargain seekers should emerge to make short term gains as the SP rises back towards double figures.
But what actually happens is any ones guess, it could suddenly shoot back up on some unexpected good news or drop further to the 4p - 5p mark.
You could sell, thinking it could go to 4p or less and buy it very cheap or buy now because you think it is very cheap at 8p and a decent profit should emerge. But usually which ever you do turns out to be wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sods law
Our advice, for what it is worth after 55 + odd years of investing is:
Ignore what every one tells you and make your own mind up about:
What the NAV of FFWD really is now, along with all the information you have obtained on FFWD.
As for us we will wait until there is sufficient support for it and we are paying below our average cost. To buy at 5p would be attractive to us.
Our own disabilities and ailments increase, with the good lady starting to loose her sight, so FFWD had better put a spurt on if we are to see a decent profit!!!!!!

Will try and look in at the weekend now the Blues have avoided relegation. They are talking about starting the local league again up here in May to complete it. Personally we think they should call it a day until September.

People blame the lack of info on the SP dropping, but other I.Ts. do not keep giving out info and they do not drop, but keep in line with their NAV (usually 10% below) With such a small turnover we must be getting traders who just sell high buy low to make their money. The only answer is keep buying to stop their antics, however most long term holders do not have sufficient funds to kill off these traders.
We will try and find a few pennies to add to our holding, especially if it goes below our average, which it is approaching.
Perhaps ERNIE will send us big winnings instead of the £25 and £50 prizes we get each month, then we can pop a nice few pounds in to it.

Seem to have posted this before we had finalised it and checked the vocabulary. Ah well let it be. May buy at 6- 7p just on the vague hope it will go up in price in the next 5 or 6 years. We need 18-20p to cover what we would have earned elsewhere now and 35p in 5 years time.
Will this be another AIM stock that loses us money? if it goes down much more we will be losing on our investment. Must admit we have lost interest in it and are better off giving our time to more lucrative stocks. Hanging in "Just in case" and still calling it a strong buy for some reason.

The longer Leap IPO/Sale goes on with nothing happening the more we worry. Why so many shares still being sold and who are the sellers? Does someone know something we do not? As for the BOD do they just look after themselves? Been in here 5 or 6 years, we could have done so mus=ch with that money elswhere.

Looks like we will be dipping our toe in again if this decline continues. Been starting to sell other stocks that have made very big gains.
We have both been quite poorly for the last couple of months or so. Himself was extremely ill after his second Covid vaccination nearly five weeks ago. He is starting to recover and the doctor has confirmed there have been a few cases like that. She did say that those who have suffered this serious decline after their second jab would probably not have survived a Covid attack. SO YOU HAVE GOT US A BIT LONGER.

Do not worry about sellers etc . The buyers will be back when we get to 7.5 -8.5p, again for the umpteenth time. Then it will go back to 10p, perhaps even higher. Only very good news pushes it up generally. We hardly bother with it these days. Better things to do. after holding for 4-5 years we take it for granted. One day it will get high enough for us to sell, in the meantime we will add more when it drops below our average.

While people were applauding Leap, which we do agree with, we do need to get some figures about their business. Something we have been asking about for around 18 months +. so many holdings have been raved about only for them to disappoint. We were going to make our fortune with Factom, a company that kept records which could not be altered, Looked brilliant but ran out of money if our memory is correct. So until we get real financial information about Leap we need to hold our breath. Some were looking for 50 -60p for FFWD but now 25p would be good. So as we have consistently said we have to have patience and now look for a lower return. Then if it does go to a big SP it will be a bonus. We have held and increased our holding for 6-7 years, so seen the SP shoot up and then retreat many many times. We now just have a look at the trades but are thinking of increasing our holding if it goes below 8p to buy. The last few months have seen us both very poorly so have lost some interest, but still have faith in it.

Forgive my eyesight but it is failing at my age, probably along our brains for hanging in for over 6 years. That is it until next RNS or some dramatic news, will try to find time next week to see what you are posting. Looking after a loved one 24hrs a day takes it out of you. Had our second jabs, which really knocked me about, but am recovering. Cannot understand why some refuse them.
We by the way have been investing in the Aerospace and defence sectors, recently added Avon as a recovery stock along with others we bought last year, some of which we have been able to sell and still retain our original stake in them owing to their big price increase. Remember the rule, sell at highs buy at lows when the blood is running down the gutter outside the stock exchange.
