All our talk of how good Seed is and the RNS news certainly has the SP moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On reflection we think they be getting these shares ready for institutional as well as some more private investors once they see the value in FFWD, opps sorry SEED, start to rise dramatically and there is a big demand for the shares (we hope).
The price they are sold at must be NAV, they cannot reduce the value for long standing shareholders by selling them under NAV, (dare they?).
As for Leap we need to hold our breath regards its value and wait and see, rather than get over excited as many have done over the last 12 months or more looking for a mammoth return on their disposal, they may not be so good as we hoped. Rather have a pleasant shock than a massive disappointment.

Of course there is a good reason, they need them to eventually increase their holding with bonuses. Hope we are wrong, but people tend to do things for "your benefit" that will greatly help themselves in the end. The new name is not exactly catchy in our view, but can see why it was chosen..
Following the 330pm RNS it had the sellers continuing, with two possible buys. Do they all just want out?
As we have mentioned before we would like some figures from leap, with every one saying how good their sales are, we need to see some decent profit from these sales, or are we being to hopeful? We have had these "stars" in the past which turned in to supernovas. Lets hope it all turns out good, then the BOD will be worth their bonus.
We still go for a strong buy as the NAV must be well above the current SP. Just hope we are not heading down a cul-de-sac but to a six lane motorway. This is our biggest investment in one company, excluding the warrants we held in Perpetual many years ago.

We keep repeating ourselves about what will push the SP up, that it is becoming tedious, however that is what we need.
Looks like that large purchase has reappeared as a buy, thought I was seeing things, know my eyes are not so good these days, but seeing things that are not there had me worried!!!!!!. It is very good to see it hopefully it may bring in the buyers who have been hanging on for a drop in the SP .

Just popped in to look at something else and checked on FFWD TRADES to see a £29,999 unknown trade at approx 8,48p, which would have been a buy along with the other 2 sales that were probably buys earlier on today. On refreshing the site this unknown trade disappeared.

ANOTHER PURCHASE WE THINK.

They are not going to pay a seller more than the previous seller or the next seller. It was listed as a sale because it was below the mid price.
At least there is the odd buyer who feels they are taking advantage of the price.
When you see identical quantities at around the same time, there is a good chance they are ISA trades from the same family, usually, but not always husband and wife.
12.07pm looks like a family sale.

Just had a quick look at trades and I do wonder just how many small investors just want to get out of FFWD. Will there be any small investors left? The MMs tried to up the price earlier to 9p offer but they appear to have given up. No one wants to pay over 9p or even 9p. So until we get rid of all those investors who just want out we will go nowhere, unless we get some really good news that pushes the NAV to 18 - 20 p

This should actually be renamed Old friendly rivals. Simple things like phrases can cause so much trouble. At our age we have seen it all and now think and wonder why do some people want to upset others in stead of being friends and live peacefully.
Re football trouble, we had to hide behind house railings outside Highbury while the police charged Arsenal fans who were trying to attack B'ham supporters back in the 70s.. When going to big matches we often saw fans spilling on to the footpaths outside pubs. We did not begrudge them a pint, but they turned up just before kick off at grounds and they all expected to gain entrance immediately, instead of getting to the ground 30 minutes before Kick off as the back of tickets requested, which caused trouble. I attended a world cup final in 1966 and there was NO trouble with the rival fans from the two countries involved. It is just certain clubs / countries that the press set up as angry rivals instead of just rivals.
Things never seem to change or people learn about anything. We see people complaining they cannot go abroad while others do not know where there next meal is coming from.
When you have to go and look after a loved one who can no longer look after themselves then reality does kick in and you realise how stupid some people act over very little things that actually do not matter. As for what people think of us we could not give a sausage any more as it does not matter. Must go and get a rest been up a lot last night.

Just lost one chat post I was writing, good ness knows where it went. Fed up of the Scottish papers and STV going on and on about them drawing with England. You would have thought they had won the final and the World cup all rolled in to one. It is still unlikely for them to qualify but they seem to think it is just a formality. We do like to see all the British sides do well but this thing Scotland have about England is a joke. Why they are allowed to call them (England) the old enemy in these days of political correctness leaves me cold. Unless you have lived here you would not believe how serious they take history of 400 years or so ago is unbelievable. Lets face it the Welsh and Irish never think about the past and take us all as one. The times we have been told to F off back to England you would not be believe. Then they are gob stopped when I point out that I am Irish, well I tell them that. Why? do I ask do they hate England so much when there are more Scots in England working than up here. To be fair the majority are ok, at least to our face. Looks like Germany are coming good at the right time.
Back to FFWD, we have to get some good news to push the SP up, otherwise we will just be staggering between 8p and 10p

Only seven investors have paid 9p, at a quick look, to get in and they were not exactly large investments. So until we see a lot people willing to pay 9p+ for large quantities we need to hold our breath, unfortunately.

Do not get to carried away, there may well be a few large sellers around 9p. If we can hold on to 8.5 - 9p tonight it would be good. Go high to quickly and you will get a lot getting out. We need to have buyers gently pushing the price up, 0.5p a day would be nice, but we have our doubts if that can be sustained. 1p per week is what we would like to see, so holders can see the benefit of staying in for the long term. Overall things are looking better.
If we do go higher and there is a pull back, 9p may be as low it would go.
What actually happens though, we have to wait and see.

Identical price for both, unusual, especially for FFWD. Looks like MMs may need stock so we could see a decent price increase with these buys coming in.
Investors may be thinking, lets get in before it really goes forward. Perhaps patience may be rewarded. We do need a good turnover to get things going.

When you see identical purchases (or sales) our guess is they are families adding to their ISA accounts.

Two large sales , 40,000 and 65,984, just about getting sufficient buys to match them at the moment, lets hope that we do not get a large amount of these sales to spoil the slight SP improvement.

Until the MMs are convinced they will not get a deluge of sales if they up the bid price, it will stay like that.
If we continue to get purchases at 8.5p plus and plus is important then we will see a rise in the bid price.
They had gathered a lot of stock at 8.18 and once that is exhausted they will have to increase the bid.
Hopefully the big sellers have gone, but of course we will get those who just want to get out at break even so as the bid rises we will get sellers, Buyers will need to continue to invest to hold the SP

Unfortunately my time is taken up with the wife who is descending in to a very poor state and I have to give her 24 hour care, although mentally she is OK her body is failing rapidly. I also am disabled but lucky enough to get around , so spending time looking for investments is extremely limited.
23p is not bad, so if we knock 10% off, as most I.Ts are around 10% below NAV 19-20 p would suit us nicely. Around 240 % increase on top of the present 8.3p
A lot of investors would exit as it moved up towards that range, making it a slow march. Still it is only what Ed hopes it will get to so we will have to see.
We desperately need new investors with deep pockets to help.
